We've just moved into a new house and had a few different tradespeople in for various jobs. I don't normally leave reviews myself, but Terry was so great that I feel like it's the least I can do. I called up to have my boiler serviced. Terry came down on time, super lovely chap. Not only did he do a great job with the boiler, but he also gave me lots of advice on other heating queries I had about my house. Also, when it transpired that there had been a bit of miscommunication about the quoted price on the phone not being inclusive of VAT, Terry immediately honored the exVAT price with no fuss at all which I really appreciated. After all the other tradespeople we've had in, Terry was a real breath of fresh air. Friendly and knowledgeable customer service goes a long way, and I'll probably always be calling up these guys from now on, cheers Terry!

I recently got a new boiler fitted to replace an aging gas boiler. My old boiler was leaking and losing pressure, Terry came out and assessed the boiler for me. He suggested a new boiler or repairing the current one, but with it's age I decided to go for a new boiler. The new boiler was fitted in less than a day and is a massive improvement over the old boiler. It's more efficient and has a remote control which is pretty handy to have. Very professional service and happy with the installation process, definitely recommend using this service.

We (You’re family of four) had been in contact with two other gas boiler repair companies with very poor experience before getting in contact with Terry and Heating Solutions NI. It only took a 5 minute conversation on the phone to realise this guy was The real deal. Where others charged, yet failed - Terry very quickly & easily identified the issue, and offered an open book outline of repair needs and costs (which were very reasonable). He told us the timescales within which he could have it fixed (as quick as we could have hoped for), and he came and delivered as he assured. My Dad's gas heating broke down. Terry came out on the same day I rang to see what was wrong. It was a very old system and needed replacing. Terry came out again as soon as he could and put in a combi boiler, which is a far better system than they had before. He worked on to get the job finished so my Dad would have heating that day! I called initially as my boiler had broken down during a cold snap. The engineer (Terry) came out the same day and was able to identify, explain and fix the problem very quickly to get my heating working again, which was excellent. I decided to replace the boiler as it was getting quite old and unreliable and was was recommended one suitable for my house and quoted a very reasonable price. The work was completed in one day and the boiler and all pipework etc. very neatly installed and my existing thermostat wired in. There was a bit of a problem with a couple of radiators (due to original installation) and Terry called out again the next day and was able to get these working much more efficiently than they ever have previously! The new boiler seems to be excellent quality and my house has been noticeably warmer due to the fixed radiators. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and would definitely recommend them if you need boiler repair or installation. The engineers also took all precautions for Covid, which I appreciated as well.

He replace 2 parts and carried out several additional checks and was finished up within the hour and was very reasonably priced. A previous company were unable to work out what was wrong and whose only suggestion was to replace the entire boiler! Having had a very terrible time when a local gas boiler repair service ( tongue in cheek ) promised good and expert service that did not in any way give assistance when they were called on a emergency basis to diagnose a leak from our Worcester boiler. They left after a short time ( with callout £40 charge in hand) and would return with new replacement part to repair defect = no return=no repair=no contact to/from office = received various texts that were not acted on = the leak continued "to leak" over the next 5 days and with the help of our kitchen basin disposed the "leaking water" via the bathroom, i worked it out roughly that the basin had to be emptied every 2 hours over a 24 hr period ?? but then all things changed when " H S Solutions" came to the rescue and a proper heating engineer appeared = TERRY. The man is first class, knows his job, intelligent , well mannered and lets you know what's happening with the repair, i have no problem in using TERRY and his skills in the future when needed.

Highly recommended. Our gas boiler developed a fault resulting in no hot water or heating. Within half an hour of ringing Heating Solutions NI an engineer was on our doorstep, and this was at 8:30pm on a Saturday night. The engineer (Terry) was extremely knowledgable about the ins and outs of our boiler and was able to diagnose and fix the issue and also highlight an area for concern in the future which we are keeping a close eye on. Mr Frame is an expert in field. He has a deep knowledge of boilers and my wife/myself have been delighted with using his company. He completed a full boiler replacement in our house (which was built in the 1930’s). His knowledge as a heating technician was nothing short of exceptional. Unfortunately some 2 weeks later, we ended up having an emergency leak under sink and Mr Frame attended our house within 10mins and fixed it. Five star service through n through.
