Fantastic service from Celmeng Plumbing and Heating - responded quickly for a relatively minor job. Not only did he offer his advice, but he also put me in touch with an electrician to assist with the work. He attended promptly on very short notice at the end of the working day to fix a leaking pipe in my bathroom and I am impressed with his service, as were my tenants. Would definitely recommend it.

Michael and his team were brilliant, they fitted a whole new heating system for my parents (previously no central heating) in three days. Used Mike and his team after seeing the reviews here on Google. My old boiler was around 20 years old and on its way out. He offered the best price to install a new boiler with additional flue options and pipework. It was quoted and arranged over whatsapp and email. He came with his team and they worked throughout the day- ensured things were Covid safe and made sure the new boiler was installed and fully working with minimal inconvenience to me and my family. All the work was neat and tidy and completed within the day. Boiler has been in for a few weeks now and working with no issues. Will definitely be using Mike for the annual service and recommend his service to others.

I am East London way and struggled to find a boiler engineer who I could trust. Ended up with Mike coming from Birmingham, to me... What can I say? I am not an easy customer but Mike was brilliant. I was absolutely right to trust him (my instinct) and he returned that trust too. Winter is here and the hot water and heating are working like a dream. Mike recommended a boiler, priced it and then... arrived as agreed, fitted the boiler and organised the warranty. Does what he says and gets the job done. Mike came to give me quote on day and time as arranged. As I knew what I wanted he didn't try to sell me things I didn't need or want. His price was competive. Done a great job replacing 14 year old boiler and fitting 8 new radiators and tvrs.he showed me how to work timer and didn't leave till he knew I was OK with everything. He sorted out the boiler Warrenty which came through within a week. He even phoned a few days later to check everything was running OK and if I needed any advice on how to work boiler. Very pleasant gentleman and hard worker. Even went above and beyond by helping me out with sink taps. It's been a few months now and everything is running like a dream. After getting a few quotes off local plumbers and Gas Safe registered fitters, I decided to look on Ebay, I came across Clemeng plumbing and heating.. gave them a call and arranged a price for the boiler change and travelling to us from Birmingham area. The fitter turned up on time and was very polite. He worked all day and replaced the old boiler for a Valiant model combi.. at a very cheap and a fraction of the cost of other quotes .. he completed the paper work for the extended 5 year guarantee for Valiant and submitted it himself ..we received the confirmation through the post as he advised.. Great price... great service .. great guy.. would definitely use in the future 👍😀
