JSM Heating installed my boiler and have been servicing it annually ever since. The communication from the office is excellent, the engineers are prompt, friendly and efficient. The price for a service is very competive. I would highly recommend this company

Scott was on time for my boiler service and is nice and friendly. He was very thorough and explained what he was checking for and what he was doing. He added some insulation free of charge to some pipes for added protection so I couldn't fault him.

When it turned out that wasn't the only issue he stuck with it and fixed the problem - all along keeping me advised of progress. First class attention and service!
