I've waited a few months before writing this review so that I could include a little about the difference having solar, battery and heat pump has made to our household. Around 3 months ago MSC Heating fitted all three systems over the course of a month and a half after having to wait around a year of ordering it (thanks Covid) I had around 4 different quotes before coming across MSC, and what made them stand out was that they actually brought in a wealth more information and honest recommendations about the relatively up and coming systems compared to the others I had spoken to. Most others were talking to salesman with a course on the subject, but MSC actually fitted them, lots of them, and it really showed. The quote was reasonable and included the best current equipment where it mattered. I can highly recommend MSC Heating for their experience with these systems, and for the shear quality in advice and fitting. Both of those are absolutely key in getting a successful ASHP system working well. My house is now continually warm all day and night, I can control almost all of it from my smart phone, and my energy bills have significantly dropped. I couldn’t be happier and look forward to seeing the guys back again next year for the first annual service!

The heat pump and associated equipment was installed with great precision. The amount of energy required to provide heating in our house has declined by around 70% as a result of the installation. This is despite the fact that our house was built in 1966 and has no special insulation measures apart from cavity wall and 370mm of loft insulation. This was achieved in four and half days including the electrician's work.

MSC Heating fitted an Air Source Heat Pump heating system 12 months ago. We are very happy with the system (house is warm, water is hot). Martin was very professional and did a really good (and tidy) job. He also helped us with the paperwork for the RHI We would (and have) recommended him to our friends.

MSC Heating recently upgraded my central heating system with a new boiler and radiators. Received useful advice prior to installation of our boiler that saved us a considerable amount of money compared to other companies. I scored a 5 star for their service which was reliable, exactly as agreed at time of placing order and competitively priced. The engineers arrived on time with a professional and courteous approach. My house was left clean and tidy after a day work. I also appreciated the guidance given by the engineers when choosing the type of upgrade required. The engineers were very punctual, hardworking and explained all the new functionalities of the controls in detail. I have to say this company kept to all time scales and the quote was spot on.. I had been looking to have a Solar PV system installed at my property for some time and MSC Heating were recommended by a work colleague. The surveyor gave me clear and correct advice with regards to the best system and manufacturers to choose. The system was installed neatly, in good time and to an excellent standard. The installers were not intrusive, always polite and courteous. If you wish to have a renewable energy source heating system installed, I would recommend that you speak with MSC.

I was let down by another company (A national supplier actually) beginning with E. Promised a quote and a call from their finance provider and neither materialised despite accepting the price they quoted. Found MSC on the Which website which lead me to Trustpilot and nothing but excellent reviews. Asked for a quote and a few picture messages later of my current setup Craig from MSC came back with a very competitive price, nearly a £1000 cheaper than the previous company and the next model up in the range from previous quote. Craig arrived when he said he would, did a fantastic job and left the house clean & tidy and I had a perfect new boiler. Can't recommend the lads at MSC enough. Top Notch

Old boiler was causing trouble so decided on a new system.. MSC heating were employed to complete work and the engineers were excellent. Clean tidy workers who fitted new system with minimum fuss. They kept us informed of all actions and readily modified their work to suit our requirements. On completion of work they took the time to fully explain how to maximize the system's potential. Have not had any problems since having system fitted and have no problem recommending them to anyone requiring a new heating system.

I had various quotes for a New Worcester Bosch Boiler, i had very mixed feelings on the other heating engineers that came round. i found the MSC surveyor to be very informative, professional and i could tell this Gentleman had many years of experience. i handed the job to MSC i was always kept in the picture on how the installation would go and how it would be carried out. The engineers arrived very clean and tidy they laid dustsheets every where. i have never seen such a operation like this before it was very pleasing to see, really good genuine tradesman. I noticed on there van that they installed Solar Panels so i started asking questions. After shopping around for quotes on the Solar PV after the way they installed my new boiler i thought MSC would have my order. They installed me 16 new Up Solar panels onto my roof they really look the business, i am receiving payments from electricity firm now !! MSC thank you for all your help and i have recommend you to all my family and friends 5 STAR SERVICE !!!!

We needed to have our boiler changed as it was such an old system that we were living in the dark ages. I cannot begin to describe the number of times the shower would suddenly freeze me mid-flow! We were not sure who to go with and got various quotes but the chaps from MSC heating really stood out from the rest and the online references from other customers were exemplary! They attended our home and gave us excellent information to go on plus there quote was the best price for the level of work to be undertaken. The work itself was spot on and very professional. It was done to a very high standard- no mess was left behind- and the installed system is faultless! Heating for the house and my shower experience is back to the 21st century! These guys are excellent and I couldn't recommend them enough and if you are unsure, like we were, you will not be disappointed with the high standard of service, for a very competitive price, that they provide.

From their first home visit I new they were the firm for us. Friendly,straight talking, simply explained. Swift & efficient service. They talked us through the installation process & it worked perfectly. We are now up & running with 16 Panasonic panels & more than happy. From the very first contact to the final installation I felt that there was total support to ensure that all my questions were answered and information was provided throughout the whole process. The installation included a 6KW, 23 panel Solar PV system and a 15KW Air Source Heat Pump installed in September last year. A year on, the first annual service of the ASHP was completed successfully without a hint of problems. Notably, the sizing of the systems and FIT and RHI calculations have met my expectations to the extent that the income and savings generated in relation to the previous LPG central heating system, will more than cover my initial outlay within 5 years. All three installation engineers worked professionally and efficiently and completed the work on time without any delays. I would wholeheartedly recommend MSC Heating to anyone who is thinking of installing Solar PV or an ASHP.

When the Government decided to change the feed in tariff I had to have the installation completed this year. Once again MCS came up with the goods. When I first made contact with MSC on Dec 11th wanting a solar PV system before the end of the year I fully expected to be laughed at, but instead they happily undertook the task of designing, sourcing, installing, commissioning and registering a system for us to our requirements, and organised an EPC assessor, despite the problems of the short timescale, which included Christmas, the national pressure on the supply of components at the time, and my inexperience with such projects, indeed with a day to spare. I was impressed with their knowledge, experience, enthusiasm, commitment & reliability - and they're a nice bunch of people too. They'd be my first port of call if I ever had another renewable energy project.
