AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! I bought my new property in March. Since then we’ve had a leak in our utility room, boiler & under our free standing bath. They’re polite, efficient & they’re prices are reasonable. I WOULDN’T go anywhere else.

Pleasantly impressed with the service of the company. During the replacement of my current radiators, the team spotted an issue at the wall in my bedroom and installed an extra layer of plywood to help spread the weight of the radiators. As they say, ACE ltd. went an extra mile for me.

I had a leak from my bathroom through to my kitchen. I gad 2 different plumbers over and the both said they did not know where the leak was and they would have to rip my bathroom apart to find leak. I called ace plumbing up. They sent a guy called Alex round. He was on time. He took a look and said leak was from toilet and he could fix it easily and fix it by pulling toilet out and not rip the bathroom apart. 1 hour later he has fixed my toilet. The leak has now stopped and us drying nicely. Alex was very professional, extremely helpful and informative. Very reasonable pricing. I'm very happy to have found ace plumbing and will recommend them to anyone who needs a plber.

Ace plumbing do the communal works at the block of flats where I live, so I got them to fix a couple of plumbing issues in my own flat. Very pleased - the workers are friendly, trustworthy, and get on with the work in a way which made me feel comfortable having them in my home. They sorted out the problems to my complete satisfaction (new cistern, and a new mixer tap). Price seemed fair, given the work & time involved. Office were friendly when I rang them. Based on my experience, I'm happy to recommend this company.

After numerous different quotes and suggestions regarding the water pressure at my house, I decided to go with this company and get a new pressurised tank system fitted so that I could finally have a decent shower. Nyal was attentive and detailed when he first came to discuss things with me and put my mind at rest. I’m so pleased I went ahead with this and with this company. The shower is now life changing!!! Both Nyal and the team were polite, on time and tidy. From someone who says regularly “never trust a plumber”.. I think I’ve found one I do!!! Thanks guys 😊

My elderly parents (both in their 90's had their combi-boiler maintained under contract by the manufacturer. The first 'engineer' replaced several parts and the problem was fixed for a few hours. 2 days later a second engineer came and diagnosed it as a blocked condensate pipe and promptly left saying that it was a plumbing problem. ACE certainly lived up tp their name and managed to fit my parents in within hours of my call. Their experienced engineer promptly identified the fault and cured it and left clear instructions with my father should this issue reoccur again. But further he then balanced the system and ensured the timer was correctly set before leaving. Truly professional hence my appreciation in this article. Steven Jennings

I wanted to write a review about this company because I thought the service was outstanding. They came at really short notice, they were so polite and friendly. They came when they said they would and let me know exactly what I would need doing. They ordered the parts and came as soon as they arrived to fit them and got my boiler working quickly. They charged me less than was originally quoted as I didn't need some things changing and less time was taken. I am so pleased with this company and their service I plan to always use them in the future and also use them at my business place too if needed.

Ace have been servicing our ancient boiler for many years and have tickled and teased the boiler along all these years, kept us safe, and warm without fail. Finally the boiler gave up this Xmas yet Ace did not leave us in the lurch, they somehow managed to find a new circuit board, yet could not find us a replacement gas valve, Barney went back and forth to their yard to search for a solution right up until Xmas eve without any luck, Barney the service guy was upset that he could not fix the obsolete unit. A great unselfish effort by the whole Ace team, thanks for trying guys.

A plumber was arranged for the same day. I paid just a little more than half of what two other plumbers quoted (this is no exaggeration). Workmanship and professionalism of the plumber (Ted)was faultless. Based on my experience you cannot go wrong with these plumbers from a cost, work and time perspective. I am an extremely happy customer (I never have written a review for a supplier before, but felt compelled to share this amazing find with others!).

Had a flood in the loft of a Holiday Apartment with guests staying. It affected 3 apartments in total. John from ACE came out just after 8am on a Sunday morning. Cannot recommend him highly enough - he was great with the guests, explained everything that had gone wrong and fixed it all efficiently and without fuss.

Boiler needed fixing. Ace came in. Rob and Dale attended. Both super friendly, professional and efficient. Found issue straight away. Had replacement part in van. All installed and fully tested. Also gave advice on future potential combi boiler, loose radiator and CO2 meter. Both good lads with plenty of banter but both customer focused and very knowledgeable. I needed most of my radiators replaced as they were far too small. They came and estimated on 8 March and the rad's were fitted and working by 15 March. I have to say how efficient Ace were, and the engineer, Bob, was probably the neatest and cleanest tradesman I've ever come across. You wouldn't have known he'd been as everything was spick and span. Too often you see negative reviews, so I thought it was time to see a good news story. I was so impressed that I mentioned the job to my neighbours. They are having similar done in their house soon.
