Booking appointments were very easy and much appreciated when getting a time slot late afternoons as I was unable to leave work early.
Highly professional and friendly engineer diagnosed boiler issues quickly and without causing any major kitchen disruption. Happy to chat over a brew whilst carry out his work.
Replacement parts needed for my boiler were sourced and all fitted the next day. As I would have been without central heating for the night I was even offered a temporary heater.
To finish, I was asked first if all packaging could be popped into my recycling bin and old parts were taken away. Job done, never would have known my boiler was in bits on the kitchen counter just a day ago. Most impressed and grateful for great customer service.
