H.When my boiler failed Paul really went out of his way to sort the problem out, fitting me into an already crowded work schedule so that I had hot water and heating restored as quickly as possible. He is very professional and efficient, clearly loves his work and takes real pride in it. Highly recommended. Thank you!
M. B.Paul came round after my boiler was continually losing pressure. He found the leak within minutes and also found a few other issues with the boiler. The leaking pipes were capped off and the boiler had a few repairs carried out and no problems since.
It's worth mentioning that I'd called out other plumbers in the past and they'd only managed to do temporary fixes and the problem persisted but Paul has completely sorted it.
I absolutely recommend Paul if you need a plumber.

Paul, who is friendly and unassuming, managed to quickly fit us in his schedule. He came and repaired our boiler in minutes! Another nationwide firm had told me it couldn't be fixed (and charged me £90 for that information!). I am so happy with the service. If its possible everyone should repair rather than replace, its that simple.
