I highly recommend Glowzone on every aspect of dealing with them for installing my new boiler. Everyone I had contact with was helpful, friendly and professional. The work was done efficiently and on time and for a good price. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I have used Glow zone several times. The engineers are very efficient . Recently my boiler packed up and I gave Glow zone a call around 8.30 am and they were able to send an engineer around 12 and he was there on time and found out the boiler needed a new fan. Luckily one was on stock which he managed to pick up and make the boiler work gain around 2ish. This is the quickest time ever one could get the boiler fixed. Great service. I would strongly recommend.

We had a complex plumbing problem that needed a knowledgable plumber to rectify - Jesse from Glow Zone spent time assessing and researching what was needed and came up with a solution that was far beyond our expectations. He worked late to get the job done and was cheerful and happy to explain exactly what he was doing and why as well as how to maintain our new system. We are exceptionally happy with his work and Glowzone - Leone in the office is also great to deal with - and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Glowzone installed a new Worcester boiler. I was impressed with every stage of the process. Prompt quote for the work and effective office administration. Excellent service from the time of booking a boiler service, to the service itself. They came next day, even though it was a week before Christmas. Prices were competitive too - service, gas cert for £114 and also had a minor problem repaired at no extra charge. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from the Alex and his team. Needed a unvented hot water tank fitted and the guys came in and sorted it all out. Fitting, flushing and fault finding took just over one day. They were very courteous, friendly, helpful and tidy! Excellent service overall.

I called Glowzone, recently, when my boiler went down, after a lot of thudding and rattling. I was stressing about having to shell out for a new one. Within a few hours an engineer arrived, dealt with the problem, and also explained the cause (pressure drop) and how I could sort it, in future. He was really friendly and non-patronising. Previous plumbers, I thought had been repairing the boiler, were topping up the pressure, and there'd been hints that a replacement was needed. I know how to bleed rads, but nothing of boiler pressure. The Glowzone engineer checked and bled ALL the rads, and didn't leave until the heating was fully going. Now, for the first time, ever, I have 5 instead of 2 rads running at "hot", something I'd not thought possible, without a new boiler. Thank you Glowzone!!
