I used I M Dunkerton & Heating Ltd today for a routine boiler service as a friend had used their services within the last 6 months, she was pleased with the service provided, and that friend had , in turn, been recommended to them by another friend. So a good chain of recommendations! I feel that since my boiler (now nearly 7 years old) was out of warranty that I have been either misled by other local servicing people, and/or I have received a poor service, and I am now very happy to think I will be using this family-run business in the future, whether to maintain my current boiler or to advise on a suitable replacement, should the need arise. I felt that the engineer sent to service my boiler today was very competent, he answered all the questions I had, he turned up bang on time, and left no mess. So that is why I am more than happy to award 5 stars.

Ian's team came to my rescue to fix a burst pipe this week - were here within the hour, amazing service. Ian and his staff are also really polite and courteous. Been really pleased with my new Worcester Bosch fitted 18 months ago too - purrs like a kitten (compared to my old one which sounded more like a jumbo jet taking off).
