B. W.Thank you to Andy & Tim for prompt service from quote to installation in just a few weeks, a new Worcester Bosch boiler ordered (be aware lead time for quality boiler like WB are increasing). Tim installed the boiler in less than a day with very tidy workmanship. Had a few IT niggles with the app based Bosch controller which Tim popped back at very short notice to fix. Very impressed & satisfied, would not hesitate to recommend AGW to anyone who needs boiler replacement or repairs. Thanks again Andy & Tim.
A. M.Boiler condemned on Monday. These guys fitted (and relocated) a new boiler and upgraded pipework 3 days later. Courteous, tidy and competitively priced, I will always use them from now on for all my heating and plumbing needs. Just book them!

J. B.Contacted Andy at AGW after other heating engineers had not even bothered to return phone calls and I have to say that has been a stroke of luck in my part.
Needed a new boiler fitted as had been without heating and hot water for nearly 10 days after moving in and the existing boiler deciding to pack up.
The first phone call was dealt with professionally and promptly on the Monday afternoon. After sending 4 photos of the existing set up, Andy was able to plan the way ahead and provide a very competitive quote that I was happy with on the Tuesday. Wednesday the WB boiler was sourced and the installation planned for Thursday!!
Tim attended slightly earlier than the planned time and expertly and tidily fitted the combi boiler. He was friendly and informative and adhered to social distancing rules in place at this current time. Everything was explained once set up was complete including the programming control and boiler controls, then all the debris and rubbish taken away.
I have absolutely no hesitation using Andy and Tim again for future heating and plumbing projects and will definitely use them for my new bathroom.
I would certainly recommend them based on my experience and can see why they are rated do highly in reviews on here and on Which Trusted Trader.

C. B.Andy, Tim and the team have done lots of work for us over the years, most recently, installing a new loo in our downstairs cloakroom. However, this was the biggest project by far. Due to the fact that I have progressive MS, we needed to adapt our ensuite to a wet room. Although it needed to be functional, we also wanted it to look stylish and attractive! Andy project managed the whole job. Apart from subcontract tiling and electrics, Andy and Tim did everything else including easy access to the room and for me to use our new amazing walk-in shower. The room looks fantastic and has already made a big difference for me and my husband Martin in terms of the ease of use. I can thoroughly recommend AGW . Thank you so much.
