I contacted this company as a previous heating company had misdiagnosed the boiler issue. Ahmad attended and was very transparent and supportive in explaining the heating issues. He is very polite and honest and his work is outstanding. He repaired my boiler and also replaced the pipe work for my new radiators. Would call upon Ahmad again and definitely recommend him as an outstanding Gas Engineer. Thank you so much!

I contacted this company for a leak investigation service after receiving an outrageous £850 water bill. They were very responsive, explained what to expect on the visit and how much could it potentially cost (which was much more competitive than some of the other quotes I received). As the issue was quite serious, he told me that he will try and fix it the same day. He was running late but he gave me a call to let me know about it. He used his experience and expertise to locate the leaking pipe quickly and it was fixed within an hour. When the work was done, he placed back all the floorboards properly and paid extra attention to clean up the area nicely. He was honest about the limit of his capabilities and told me to get someone else to help with pumping the water out of underneath the house (as sadly we are talking about a lot of water). I wouldn't hesitate contacting this company again if I needed a reliable, professional plumber.

I was very impressed with Bristol Central Heating. I needed a non-urgent call-out and the chap came the same morning. He was able to identify and fix the problem within minutes. He also installed a new thermostat on the spot without the need to rebook a second visit. Very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend.

These guys are amazing, Ahmed is very knowledgeable, honest and professional. Located and repaired blocked central heating pipe buried in the wall. Fixed, cleaned system thoroughly and installed Magnaclean to prevent further problems. So nice to meet someone who fills you with confidence from the very start. Would highly recommend.

Had my boiler break down at the start of January - not ideal in 1degree weather. I had Ahmed come out and look at the boiler (she’s an old gal) and he identified the issue within minutes, located a merchant who stocked the part which needed replacing and fixed it promptly. What a kind natured gentleman. Relaxed honest and friendly. Came out to my house within a few hours as no heating or hot water. Explained what had broken down re my boiler. Great guys who came out to remove a gas pipe and install new under counter. Very courteous, kept me informed, very clean and reasonably priced. We also had them come and connect new gas hob after kitchen installation and again we were very happy with the work they undertook. Highly recommended!
