We had a terrible experience of waiting whole afternoon for 247 emergency heating engineer. He arrived late and evening was dark. He said his phone battery was low and he was trying to find faults in dark without torchlight. His advice was most of mechanism is not working properly with our heating system. The parts required to fix our system will take 48 to 72. We will be without heating and hot water indefinitely. Unable to wait indefinitely we called several emergency heating services asking if they were able to help us. Asim from Bristol Heating Service assured me he will be with us in hour and half. Asim arrived little early, checked the heating system, found electricals control system was failing to signal boiler to fire up. He bypassed the electrical controls and got boiler working manually. We were very happy to have our heating and hot water back. He promises to come back on Monday with necessary parts finished the job properly. After awfully disappointing day we were very lucky to find Asim and Bristol Heating Service in time of our greatest emergence need. Asim is a very experience and honest gentleman. We will be recommending Asim and Bristol Heating Service to all our family and friends and use his service in future.
