Used Heat Hub yesterday to install our new boiler as our old one was broken. Brilliant service. Texted the day before to let us know what time they would be turning up and turned up on time, friendly and professional. Took the time to explain how everything worked which I appreciated because I'm clueless when it comes to this stuff. Cleaned up really well after themselves too. Really recommend.

I had a boiler replaced by the guys from Heat Hub, They turned up on time in fact slightly early and made sure I was aware of the steps they would have to take to remove the old and install the new boiler, they set to work and quickly replacing the flue on the rooftop and began removing and installing the new boiler. After installation, they ran me through all the control settings and made sure all the existing radiators were in good working order and that the hot water flow was nice and powerful, it took about 5 hours ish in total. I can highly recommend the guys from Heat Hub they worked in a clean and tidy manner and kept me aware of what was going on at all times and made sure all other boxes and rubbish including the old boiler were removed and the area was left clean and tidy before leaving the site. A couple of days later I noticed a leak on one of the new pipes, I sent them a message and a photo and they came and sorted it the next day, I can't fault them highly recommended.
