In my very extensive search for 2 obsolete boiler parts, PHC were streets ahead of anyone else. Andy in Bristol and Oliver in Cardiff took genuine ownership of the problem, didn’t just try to sell me something but did the research, considered the issues, consulted with colleagues and came up with genuinely innovative and practical solutions. In spending a few hundred pounds, I have probably saved myself £3,000 for a new boiler. Well done PHC!
