Pink Heating replaced my oil boiler with a Heat Pump system. At every stage they were professional and informative. The installation engineers were all excellent taking great care to do a professional job with the least possible disruption to the house. They were all very personable and friendly. All seems to be working well and efficiently though it is a bit early to tell as the system was installed as we edged into summer and I have yet to see how it works in cold weather.

7kw Air source heat pump + radiator upgrade installation, from initial consultation, survey, install and commissioning, all carried out with diligence and professionalism by a great team. I would have no hesitation recommending this company and it’s services. There really is an alternative now when you need to replace your old gas boiler!

OMG! I did it ... an Air Source Heat Pump with Pink Heating. Of course I was very nervous about this new heating system, but I needed to replace my Gas Boiler and seeing how the world is struggling with climate change, it didn't feel right to put in another Gas Boiler. Pink Heating were great, they reassured, they were helpful, they talked to me in simple and easy to understand language, and were super helpful during and before the install. Just great!!! thank you!! and I have barely heard the system heating. There is bountiful hot water each time I need it, and we'll see in a month when it is colder how it heats, but all is good. I did get some government grants, which helped bring the cost down, so I had to add about £2k above the cost of a replacement boiler, but I think that will pay back over the next years with lower energy bills. There was a slight disruption in the house and it needed a good clean afterwards, but the installation was painless (my recommendation is to go away for a few days). They finished installing early ... and even though it looks like something from a Nasa launch pad ... I am beyond delighted with it. I got a local carpenter to build a cupboard round it, and ther it will sit in the corner for eternity doing it job. It'll be running over the next few decades and if anything breaks, then there are only small parts to replace and fix, not a whole new system. So even if you are a bit nervous, do it, its a good contribution to climate change, and it's super easy .... thanks you Pink Heating, Jason.

I enquired to Pink Heating seeking advice on my renovation project, I was extremely happy with their overall knowledge on the systems recommended (Solar panels, UFH and an ASHP). Aiden visited my property on numerous occasions to finalise all details ahead of our start date, the engineers on site were pleasant and professional. They also cleaned up after themselves as they went along which was much appreciated! We have then been able to use the new BUS grant which was seamless. I am extremely happy with the overall service and would highly recommend Pink!

Installation of heat pump at a very busy time. Good communication mainly, good quality work, flexible when there were problems with my availability. Pleased with the result.

Pink heating replaced a night storage system with a complete air source heat pump system including all plumbing and radiators. The work was completed quickly at an astonishingly highly professional level, being a mechanical engineer myself I was totally impressed at how good, helpful and friendly this company is including administration, consultants and every engineer who undertook the work.
The completed system has transformed our home it works fantastically and even with energy prices rising my electricity direst debit has been reduced by a third!! Happy Days!!

The job of re-commissioning our thermal hot water tubes and control system, after our roof had been re-tiled, was carried out with great efficiency and care.
We had great difficulty in finding anyone prepared to undertake this work, so we were very glad when we heard about Pink Heating and Renewables and delighted with the outcome.

Overall a very good experience with Pink. The initial process was long because of the Green Homes Grant, which was not the fault of Pink. The installation itself was surprisingly smooth considering the complexity of the project (4 zones plus solar thermal and underfloor heating) and the finished system works very well and efficiently. Really happy overall with the service.

We had an Air Source Heat Pump fitted and are very happy with the results. Ehjaz was very helpful with advice for our underfloor heating and good at explaining how the new system would work so that was what persuaded us to hire him.
Price was competetive, Curtis and Nick did a great job installing and leaving the place clean and tidy, a second visit was needed to set up our smart thermostat and Curtis came out promptly, and finally all the documents were sent out so we could fill in the Renewable Heat Incentive forms and these were very clear so now we are awaiting our first RHI payment this month.
Very pleased with the work so now Ehjaz will be getting another call from us to install the second phase of the heating later this year.
