Rang up, needed a new fan for my boiler, manager apologised for not having one in stock, but promised one next day. Went to collect and when asked what boiler it was for the manager went to great pains to ensure that it was the correct one for my boiler. Impressed with the quality of service and knowledge of the staff. Price was competitive too, first time I've used PHC, won't be the last, very impressed, would happily recommend

Really nice to be surprised by customer service these days, guys are friendly, they have an amazing setup for solid fuel appliances, but above all they look after you with their prices. I’m going to use these guys for everything I buy in the plumbing and heating trade.👍👍

Always use this company for any plumbing & heating spares we require and they are all very professional and generally nice people. Excellent service, a huge wide range of new parts and the knowledge of offering us as many alternatives as possible.
