Russell has been great on two occasions with resolving an issue with my boiler that was leaking and plumbing where a pipe in my sink was leaking. I have no clue and really appreciated someone who explained everything really well with reassurance on follow up advice. I would definitely recommend Russell. His experience and willingness to go above and beyond to resolve issues is second to none. Having someone you can trust to call upon is quite rare so knowing I can call upon someone genuine is much appreciated.

Russell is fantastic! He normally fixes my boiler, so when I found out he was a plumber too, I asked if he could help with a long standing drainage problem with my kitchen sink. He squeezed me into his busy schedule and ended up replacing half the pipes behind my kitchen cabinets (where they were completely blocked. He did a really thorough job. And from complete and utter blockage, I now have free flowing water drainage. It was a job I'd put off because it needed someone who was prepared to cut through the kitchen cabinets to access and replace the pipes, which Russel did. All completed in 5 hours. Such a star!! And he charged a lot less than a plumbing company I'd contacted who refused to touch the kitchen cabinets to access the pipes! (so couldn't do the work.) I'm really pleased with the service from Russell. Always great, always reliable and always gets the job done. I Highly rate Boiler Buddy and will continue to give him work as it comes up. Thank You Russell!

We have used Russell since moving to Earls Colne Having recently moved away to Clacton and inheriting a boiler that didn’t talk to the room thermostat, which seemed to be beyond the local engineer we contacted, we asked Russell if he would come out to take a look. He sorted the problem in 5 minutes and then fitted a system cleaner and checked everything over. Brilliant service as usual.
