S. S.The guys arrived on the dot and were down to the work straight away after a brief description reminder of what was involved. They worked well as a team, no loud commentary from them or loud music from their radio. No long stops for tea or lunch along with a genial attitude and straight answers to my questions. OK the work took longer than anticipated but included a problem with an old pipe installed some fifty years ago, which they renewed.
Overnight we had hot water although the heating system was drained down but as we have a secondary system was not a problem.
Arriving nice & early the following day the work was completed without fuss and after thirty five years of putting up with low pressure on our hot water system we now have the luxury of almost instant fast hot water.
They are in my eyes young knowledgeable guys with a customer friendly
and professional attitude and along with sticking to the estimate I can recommend them as a North Essex heating and plumbing company. Stephen Scrase

Upgrades to our bathroom and on-sui.te and most recently to upgrade our ageing heating system. They have values we appreciate,work ethic and the job has to be completed to the highest standard.
