I can not recommend them enough. I was looking for someone to replace and relocate the boiler. From initial quote, dealings were really easy. They turned up on time, clear communications and explanations of the job, super efficient with paperwork and genuinely a great group of lads. Felt very comfortable with them in our home, have done a great job and have no hesitation recommending them.

After recently moving the into our property it became apparent there were a number of issues with the aging heating system. Premium Heating and Plumbing were recommended to me, and what a great company they are! After identifying the problems a number of parts were replaced and upgrades suggested. These have now all been completed and we are very happy with the end result. Really pleasant people to have working in your house, backed up with a professional quoting and booking system, and guys that turn up on time!

This firm is amazing!!! I have had concerns for a while, over my high gas consumption and have had other heating engineers to check things out; just to make sure there wasn't a leak/fault with the boiler. I have repeatedly been told there was no problem. I had Premium Heating out on another matter and mentioned my ongoing concern and the fact that I had permanent hot water despite the fact the hot water was off (I have a system boiler not combi). Barry investigated the matter and established the boiler had been wired incorrectly, meaning that my boiler was basically always on! He fixed the problem and for the first time , I have normal gas usage! To say I'm ecstatic is an understatement! In addition to this, they are friendly, timely and professional, in booking appointments and actually turning up!! 10/10 all the way!!

Fantastic company! We've had our boiler replaced and relocated by the team who did a superb job. Arrived early each morning, worked hard all day and were all clearly experienced and capable (even with a few surprises our house threw at them along the way.) They did a really neat job too. Barrie and his team did all the plumbing in my house when I completely refurbished it. The lads were great, did a fantastic job. They went above and beyond what was in there quote. I cannot thank Barrie and his Team enough. My Mother is an Elderly Lady who didn’t want lots of fuss and mess while needing a new walk in shower room due to her health and also replacement of her boiler and pipe work which was well over 20years old. Barrie helped keeping my in the loop with regular updates. Each day I came to visit dust sheets was laid I wouldn’t have known they had been working as they cleaned up so well at the end of the day. Barrie installed my Nu Heat underfloor heating and provided a great service from start to end. I was impressed that Barrie noticed my Worcester Bosch wave thermostat with internal diverter valve within the boiler would be an issue, and provided a solution. All other companies ignored this issue, which would have caused me a headache later. Barrie knew the system inside out and provided great advice for me when I knew very little about underfloor heating. I would highly recommend Barrie and his team for your underfloor heating installation.

I contacted Premium Heating & Plumbing about a boiler check as it had been a while since it had been looked at. The communication on the phone was excellent and all prices quoted clear and transparent (including VAT). Sam, the engineer turned up on time, was polite and efficient. No complaints.
