G. D.These guys are the best! Over and beyond on customer service, had a leaking tap for over a month, tried a few things, in the end called at 1 minute past 9 this morning, by 1pm one of the owners, in between quote appointments came and fixed it ! We did think it would be a new tap etc.
Honestly all staff are polite and friendly they completely re plumbed my house bathrooms and en-suites 3 years ago and today proved again once a valued customer always a valued customer, Thanks all at Earlsdon for your brilliant attitude to your customers you are 1st Class!!

Dean the MD, Tej and Jordan the lead man on our job have been professional, yet personable, as were all the rest of the boys rhat helped with the job. Great company, great people.

r. m.I started this company in 1981 building it up over 35 years to be the leading heating & plumbing company in this area. During that period, we, through the hard work and dedicated staff, won many awards within our own industry, hence strengthening our claim to be 'simply the best' . Having since retired and handed over the reigns to Dean Warmington and his own dedicated crew whom I have recently used during the construction of my own house I can honestly give this review based upon my own experience.
So it may seem strange that we now have a 5 star review against a recent 1 star review and which one gives the correct information that you the reader need to evaluate the choice you are about to make.
So here we have it. Andy Veal runs his own heating/plumbing company so why would he say "used previously" unless of course he means used google review recently. And, when he states "never again" hopefully he meant to say I will never again use google review to tell lies about another company out of malice as that may lead to a visit in court to answer the criminal offence of libel.
In conclusion, Mr Veal has abused this site to damage the reputation of a well established, professional, honest company for his own gain. The question we should be asking therefore "is this site a good place to get honest reviews" and my conclusion as Mr Veal has proven is "no"
You the reader will have top come to your own conclusion but I would advise anyone seeking the services of anyone in the construction industry to visit trusted sites such as Checkatrade and Trustmark for reviews by genuine customers who have been vetted.
