Really excellent experience. Booked appointment online which was so easy. Got a email reminder the day before.Tested for leaks including UV, tested pressure and then added new refrigeration fluid. All this in 15 minutes. I now have ice cold air conditioning.Really nice friendly knowledgeable guy with no bull added. Has no problem with you watching all he does and answer any questions. Kool car only do air conditioning and you can tell. Highly professional operation. Excellent prices. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I’ll be definitely using them again in the future.

I don't normally write reviews but will make an exception with Kool Car. Awesome from start to finish. They really know their stuff, are friendly and informative (did you know it's best to run your AC a couple of times a week?). Booking was a dream and website tells you all you need to know. I had considered buying a diy kit - so glad I didn't. Strongly recommend.

I had noticed my air conditioning had gradually been getting less effective over the past few weeks. After finding Kool Car on the Internet and reading the excellent reviews I booked an appointment. Really knowledgeable young man and soon diagnosed that the refrigerant was extremely low!. Anyway, from start to finish very professional and he talks you through all he is doing Now have icy cold car! Can't recommend highly enough.

I tried Kool car after visiting a auto centre for a air con fault which they charged me for a re gas but were not interested in diagnosing the fault. Kool car provided an excellent diagnostic service with on line booking and soon identified the fault and provided competitive replacement parts and fitting service if required. My advice is to visit Kool Car first and don’t waste your money using a auto service centre.

Can't recommend Kool Car highly enough. This young man achieved what another reputable garage couldn't. He correctly diagnosed a fault with my system and sorted the problem out whilst I was there. He then made sure everything was working correctly before sanitising the system and making it smell fresh. I was impressed by the entire service from start to finish. The lads attitude and customer service skills are second to none. There are lot of larger companies out there that could learn a thing of two from him. Thank you. I have a very happy and "kool" dog now.

A good professional service. All work fully explained unfortunately my car was found have a hole in the condenser unit so this needs replacing first. But will be back for regas when car has been repaired.

Car in question: Seat Ibiza 1.4 Petrol. I thought the air con compressor was broke as it made a very strange noise when it kicked in. Had Kool Car look into it and they regassed the system with fresh oil and gas which stopped the strange noise and made the air con really cold in the car! Very pleased with the service and they also treated my dad very well when he last went. 100% recommend.

Well after taking my car to some big names to have my aircon serviced and finding within a few hours were back to blowing hot air. I can honestly say if Kool car can't get you chilling in your car no one can. We had no leaks and everything was working as it should. It begs the question as to whether the big names actually know what they are doing. Its been 6 weeks since I had my aircon serviced with kool car and its still very very cold. I highly recommend Kool car to anyone wanting a proper job done.

Would definitely recommend taking your car here. The guy that fixed my air on was very knowledgeable and explained what he was Doing throughout the process. My air con hasn’t been looked at in 6 years and was not performing vey well. Back into the arctic now thanks to my visit here. All done in half an hour and I could see it was a thorough job.

Thorough process, I also liked that everything being done to the vehicle was fully explained and they are happy to let you observe the entire job, which may be important to some people. Took around 30 mins from arrival to me driving away again. Highly recommended from myself!

Just had my car diagnosed. Quick ,friendly, personable service. Exactly what I wanted. Have been given details of the part I need and a list of people who can fit it. No face pulling, no sucking of air over teeth. Brilliant So, part two. Part was identified, ordered and arrived with a similar lack of fuss. Contacted recommended mechanic who collected the car, fitted the part and returned it with a similar professionalism. Took the car back to be regassed and was pleased that this whole fuss free experienced continued. Brilliant, exactly what I wanted

Thought my car would leak like a sieve, and was worried about wasting money on it. The lad was great even though I was a little late. Checked for leaks very thoroughly, and talked me through a few concerns I had. I paid extra for the leak seal but that was a decision I made completely myself, and it was still a decent price. Even checked the compressor worked before filling. And now the car is crispy cool 😎 definitely worth doing, and glad to be helping out a lad and dad combo instead of a big garage. Will be going there with future vehicles!

Totally sorted the air conditioning in my mrs's smart car. A job a few garages refused to take on! They diagnosed the problem( broken condenser),checked every where else for leaks( with his sonic screwdriver thing?) & also supplied the offending part. Also recommended a local garage( discounted, I highly recommend but warn they are very busy). Finally a full gas replacement plus final leak check, extra oil stuff and dye. £59.99 + parts and fitting👍🏼...Oh & £29.99 for initial diagnosis... Bargain...Car is like bloody freezer now🥶
