had a leak that came into kitchen from bathroom the guys turned up in morning and had a look and returned in afternoon and fixed the leak simple as that,nice guys,good service,fair price thankyou.

Steve responded to my desperate call on a Sunday morning whilst travelling back from his weekend away. He attended my parents home within a couple of hours to re establish their heating and hot water which we had had to switch off due to a badly leaking radiator . He was friendly and professional and created calm whist dealing with the cause of the problem, swiftly enabling the services to be restored and organised to come back to complete the work required as well as some other plumbing work needed in their newly fitted kitchen . My parents were in need of a tiler urgently too and he also offered to arrange this. His call out charge was also very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend Steve and will certainly be keeping him on speed dial

Thankful for the the staff at Glow Flow, simply for their honest, cheap and fantastic work they did on my nans boiler and central heating. She lives alone and was quoted silly offers of what work was needed obviously people saw a vunerable opportunity, but luckily she contacted Glow Flow not only did they give her substantially cheaper offer they was out in a flash, just lovely polite lads great quality of work and I would seriously recommend for anybody.

I had Glow flow to rip out our existing bathroom It was a huge job consisting of ripping out of old bath ect and replacing with new fixtures plus fitting a walk in shower It wasn't a case of they would fit what they thought best we discussed what we wanted and the work was done as to our request which was good to know the team listened to the customer I was so impressed with the quality and standard of work I had the team back to take out our old boiler and replace with a combi boiler The team are very professional and left our home very tidy and clean when the work was complete the team are very polite and do first class work I would defiantly recommend
