Contacted Envirovent as we wanted to install a PVR unit for our basement. Greg contacted us initially via email and then in person and..Wow! How lucky are we? He was amazing. Greg knew the products in and out and the best option for us. He went through the whole process and product specifications and then arranged for Carl to do the install. Carl was also just the loveliest and most professional installer you could ask for We have since installed a similar system for the rest of the house and had some concerns initially about its suitability but Greg reassured us that this was mainly due to the hot weather. We agreed to review the situation once the weather cooled and it has been spot on. Cannot recommend Greg, Carl and Envirovent as a company enough.

We called Envirovent after reading their previous reviews due to issues we were having with dry rot. Greg was extremely professional and knowledgeable. After a thorough survey he gave us advice and a full demonstration of the Atmos ventilator. The quote for supply and installation was within our expectations so we agreed to go ahead. We were contacted both by the office and the installation engineer regarding a date and the work was carried out at the agreed time. The job was done very efficiently and the engineer was very respectful of our property and did a very neat and tidy installation. Greg followed up with a call after a few days to make sure all was well. We are happy with all aspects of Envirovent and would recommend them for this type of problem. Poor ventilation in my old cottage has meant I have battled with mould and condensation for many years. I dreaded the cold damp winter months and my annual bleaching of the walls. Envirovent came recommended and I am so pleased that they were. Greg visited me in my home to assess and discuss the issues I was having. He was very knowledgeable and it was obvious he was very passionate about his products. Greg and his installation engineer, Wayne, attended on time on the date we had arranged. They were only with me for a few hours and I had my ventilation system and 2 cyclone 7s installed. They were methodical, meticulous and explained what they were doing every step of the way. I had the Envirovent system installed in November 2019. After logging my interest on the website, Greg called me back within 24 hours to discuss my problem and get a survey of my home booked in. Throughout, Greg was extremely knowledgeable, open and trustworthy in explaining how the system would work and the problem we had in the home. We were suffering with damp spots around the house and lots of condensation on the windows. Greg's attention to detail with the survey ensured I was confident in making my decision to have it installed. Within less than a week, the system near enough removed the problem. Having had issues with dampness for a number of years I was sceptical about a ventilation system actually working but felt it was my last resort. It was in at 11am Weds and Thursday morning I could see a difference as there was no water on my windows or door! Now a couple of weeks on I can tell my walls have no excess moisture on them and still windows are bone dry! Its fantastic and wish I had known sooner! We were at our wits end with condensation and mould in our 80's bungalow and we replaced the windows and doors and still no stopping it, we even contemplated selling up as we had no other ideas, then I saw an EnviroVent advert and got Greg out to survey, he assured us fitting a PIV system would solve our issues, we were sceptical but I did a little research and it all looked good so we went ahead and had the system fitted and to our delight and amazement within a few days we had no condensation or damp walls! everything else had failed but EnviroVent came up trumps and we are so please with it, it can be a little chillier at times but hardly noticeable to be fair and we can hardly hear it, I throughly recommend this system and from personal experience I can say we have totally cured our condensation and damp issue and improving the air quality at the same time, its like magic!

After reading about this product I was eager to get it put in my house having suffered for several years with mould condensation and not very good air quality in my bedrooms which was were most of the mould was, envirovent came early on the arranged day which was great within a few hours the work was finished. Ive only had the machine in a few days and it's excellent I've had no more condensation on my windows and the customer service was excellent 😊
