Phoned to check the parts we needed to service our multi-fuel stove were in stock. Phone was answered quickly, none of this 10 minutes of Covid excuses and the lady was polite & knowledgable. Once stock was confirmed I ordered on line, received all the usual order confirmations etc. Order arrived within 48 hours of placing. Pricing was competitive and no delivery charge for us. Will definitely use again and have no problems recommending them.

I had been searching for a Gas Valve for a Efel Harmony 8 Stove BF, which was installed over 20 years ago. I would also add that the manufacturer has ceased trading years ago and the availability of parts is limited. I spent many hours trawling the internet, spoke with dozens of companies and received the usual promises to ring back that never happened. Only one company genuinely responded and that was Harworth Heating Ltd., who took a genuine interest, listened and said they would try to help. They kept me informed thoughout and eventually narrowed the field to an option of the two gas valves, which Efel had used in this particular model. They send me two diagrams of those valves, from which it easy to identify the correct valve. They sourced the correct valve before ringing me, which was lunchtime on first day after the August Bank Holiday and an order was placed. If that isn't impressive I don't know what is! I cannot praise Harworth Heating Ltd. enough for they customers services and professional attitude. Without doubt they will be the first to contact in future. Absolutely Brilliant. Thank You.

Called in for some ideas on multi fuel stoves and they couldn't help enough . Used them years ago for a enamel green stovax stove . Will look through the brochure and will be getting them back out .

Had Harworth Heating to install my stone fireplace with open fire....sounds simple but thank goodness we had Phil (H H engineer)....an 11 piece hand carved stone fireplace was one big challenge but all was good, there were unforeseen issues but Phil sorted it!! Great job, fantastic finished item very pleased with the 'complete service' provided by Anne and the team, great value quality work, highly recommended. Thanks Mick

Both Vicki and Anne have been wonderfully helpful to me whilst I have tried to have my two 37 year old gas fires. In finding the parts they have gone to a lot of trouble and spent a lot of time without which I would have had to replace my gas fires which would have meant alterations to our house. Please ignore the negative comments on this site. We have just bought a brand new canal boat with a bubble oil stove, had some minor issues, more lack of experience than anything else. Called in at Harworth who build the stove. Phil the technical engineer could not have been more helpful. He took time out of his busy day to explain things to me in detail. He is clearly confident in his product, has great knowledge as well. Ordered new chimney part, Ann, Cheryl and the team are all friendly. This is a small family run business who care about what they do. Absolutely no complaints here.
