We had a really excellent experience with this company. Jo the sales rep came round to see us and explained everything in detail about how it would be done and how long it would take. We then signed to let Russ come and do a survey of our property which takes about 2 hours, everything was explained the why’s and the how’s and if we needed any radiators upgrading. We the proceeded with the fitting of the equipment approximately a week later. The guys that came to do the fitting were absolutely top notch jo and the boys not forgetting Martin the sparky were a real pleasure and would have no hesitation in inviting any of the back into our home. The office staff are really helpful and any questions you have they will answer. The ladies I myself have spoken to have been really polite and understanding with my questions etc, help is only a phone call away and I can’t thank all of them enough for our new heating system which is working perfectly. If you are thinking of replacing an old boiler I would highly recommend this company to fit a new heat source pump. Best thing we have done as we no longer have gas fitted to our home. Just an update as we have had the system for a few months now. What a difference. Our home is always at 20 degrees. We have constant hot water and it is no more than the gas bill we used to pay, in-fact it is slightly lower than what we used to pay for our gas. So all in all a good decision and I would highly recommend it.

My parents recently had a system installed by Project heating and iv got to say my parents absolutely loved their experience with them from start to finish. The Air source has been since January and they have had 0 issues apart from the dog wasn't to keen on it to begin with. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Once my house purchase goes through on my new house il myself will be getting one with these guys too after seeing how smooth everything went with my parents.

I had a problem system installed by another company. H I ES that got involved recommended this company. It was clear from the beginning that Mark Steeple had a proper understanding of Airpumps, In complete contrast to the previous company. He has completely sorted out the total mess and been extremely supportive about the whole project. Thank you very much

I had an Air Source Heat Pump fitted approx 1 month ago, and had a few teething problems, mostly on a weekend by chance, but this was no problem for these guy's, my thermostat was set incorrectly causing me to have no hot water, but Mark came out within a couple of hours and reset it for me. Also one Sunday the system went to hot water only leaving us with no heat but a quick call to Martin and he talked me through resetting the cylinder stat so we could get heat. Kika in the office has been first rate in guiding us through the maze of applying for Rhi and Mmsp with Ofgem. I highly recommend this company for it's high quality workmanship and after sales service. Thanks guys Chris Bullock.

Very happy. They integrated my voice operated thermostat and 9 electronic thermoststic radiator valves. Perfect. They explained the government grant which made it a no brainer. Would recommend heat pump and project heating solutions to anyone.

PHS installed an air source heat pump and all new radiators for us. I found them on Facebook so I was a bit worried that I’d not gone through a local recommendation but they were really good. Whole thing done in one (very hectic!) day. There were a few issues post installation but they were resolved quickly and they even responded on Christmas Eve when the heating went after a power cut (not their fault but they helped me get it going again). Would recommend.
