I.David from Economy 7 replied to our interest and provided a great introduction to the options available to replace our storage heaters working off the economy 10 tariff on his visit and site survey. The quote we got was really great allowing us to select different options in the quote by room and type of heater too. Allowing us to choose with no hassles or pressure.
The agreed installation date was agreed and David and his friendly team arrived and quickly and professional installed the Dimplex Quantum QM150, QM100 Storage Heaters and also updated our electric fuse box (which was optional in our case but a great price) . The heaters are great come on when you want them come and respond to the room temperatures, look great and modern. David also explained questions we had about them on his follow up call. A. W.I recently had a Dimplex Quantum Storage Heater fitted by David Burns of Economy 7 Company. He is the owner of the company and works with only one assistant.
Not only was the operation carried out with absolute efficiency and with no mess whatsoever,
David went the extra mile, or should I say miles for me.
Unfortunately the computer control ceased to function in the new heater. I believe the usual procedure is for me to get in touch with Dimplex and await one of their fitters to come and check the component , and then reorder. Not David, I rang him around 6pm that evening, he answered immediately, and was at my house the next morning around 9am ( a round trip of 96 miles) with a new part fitted within the hour. Now that's what I call Service.
I also had a problem with my electric meter not cutting off the charge after 7 hours. David spoke on my behalf explaining to my provider what the was going on. That is beyond Good Service. A BIG THANK YOU DAVID

certificates were completed properly.
It's worth having a Dimplex approved installer fit your Quantum heater as it should then qualify for a 10 year warranty with the manufacturer.
S. S.Explanation of why these heaters are so good and how they work was excellent. The removal of old heaters and replacement with new heaters was performed on time and with high efficiency. The costs were explained ahead of time and did not change after work was done.
