After some thought and consideration we decided to choose OTS Heating Services to remove our old heating system and fit a new boiler into another location in our house. They arrived on the day first thing on the morning with Chris and his very friendly, professional engineers to explain the job covered up where required and started straight away and never stopped. The boiler was installed in 1 day and heating on temporary before they left, they returned the following day to complete the installation. I would definitely recommend OTS for all your heating needs very professional service.

Broken boiler over the festive period. OTS came out within a couple of hours when others were closed or could not fit us in for 4 days. What a relief and such a good service by Chris and Steve, they were very experienced in our boiler type, gave us some good advice for the future and fixed it. Chris was exceptionally knowledgable and informative while assessing our heating system for the original quote. The quote was the cheapest (of four). Chris also offered quotes for different boiler manufacturers and outputs. OTS were also available to carry out the work sooner than the other companies. Chris and the OTS team then converted our original “conventional” system with a BAXI 836 “combi” boiler controlled via a BAXI uSense thermostat. All work was completed within two days, (we did have heating and hot water overnight), as promised. Very, friendly, efficient, high quality, excellent value service. Highly recommended.
