Called with a suspected leak & burst boiler after all the frost and a lovely chap John came out really quickly. Was super friendly, informative and genuine. Even advised me on what parts I could do myself! I'm clueless when it comes to boilers etc. So really appreciated John talking my partner and I through things in a way that was clear rather than condescending or full of jargin. Couldn't recommend enough and will definitely be using again and recommending to everyone I know.

CHAPS was recommended to me by my Father who has used CHAPS for all his heating needs over the past 8 years. I required a boiler service. Ian turned up at the arranged day/time, was very thorough and explained everything. The cost was very reasonable as well. In addition to the above, I asked Ian for some advice on a small leak and without hesitation he performed a number of diagnostic tests and pin pointed (no pun) the likely problem area at no extra charge! I can now ask the developer to repair the issue. Great service and would have no hesitation recommending CHAPS.

Last year Chappies did a fantastic job with installing piping and a garden tap. They changed the direction the pipes sat and this resulted in no burst pipes over what was a very cold winter. I called Ian as couldn’t close one of the valve and he came and closed it in seconds, nor did he charge me for the call out. This is a very knowledgeable and professional company who have exceptional communication skills. Brilliant job so well done by Ian and his Dad.

Extremely impressed with Ian and CHAPS, absolutely lovely guy and very professional, offered fast free and clear advice in the middle of the evening when I had a leaking boiler (I am a complete novice with this kind of thing) which fixed my issue. Then had them come to service my boiler at a later date and they provided an efficient, professional service, Covid safe, and again good, clear advice and information. These guys installed a new combi boiler for my dad, he was most impressed with their advice on boiler and price and how friendly they were, Very good workers,fast and efficient.. cleaned everything up and brilliant after care when he had a few issues with controlling the temperature as he has never used a combi boiler before. Talked him through it even on an evening without making him feel he was a bother. Even explained everything to me when I contacted them for the model so I could help him if need be . I am very happy to provide CHAPS Heating with a five star review. They've just done a double boiler swap in our old house and were prompt in coming round to look at the job, knowledgeable about the Intergas boilers we were hoping to fit and more than experienced enough to have solutions for all of the issues that would arise from migrating from our old boilers to these new condensing boilers. The installation went very smoothly and the installation very neat. Ian and John and their plumbers were all friendly, polite and careful and anxious to make sure that I was happy with routes for pipes and the position of components. Having completed the installation 10 days ago, Ian returned to make sure I was happy with how everything was going and make some final adjustments and chemicalise the systems and pass over the warranty paperwork. So far I've been delighted with the Intergas boilers - super quiet and with quick heating and excellent hot water flow. What could have been a pretty traumatic experience has all gone according to plan thanks to CHAPS Heating and I look forward to their annual service visits over the coming years.

Come when they say they will! Ive never had a plumber achieve that before ! Did the work as requested at going rates! Ive even recommended them to my mother!
