Contract heating replaced my mum and dads boiler. They were going to be left without heating over Christmas (having had none for a few weeks during the cold spell) and the contract team pulled the biggest Christmas gift out of the bag and managed to fit this in before the holiday. Thank you!

I have been using 'Contract Heating' to fix my boiler for over 20 years now since they were a small outfit. I called them yesterday to get my broken-down boiler repaired only to be told that they wouldn't come out because they had to 'prioritise their clients with service contracts.' **Edit and update** After writing my initial review, I was immediately contacted by the company who showed a willingness to resolve the situation. An appointment was made, the engineer turned up on time on the date requested and the boiler was fixed. I’m glad that this situation has been sorted out in a grown up manner by all parties. In this situation, many companies could have adopted a belligerent approach, but CHL put their hands up and admitted they had got this wrong, that there had been miscommunication on their part and were willing to go over and above to sort out both the disagreement and the boiler. My opinion of the company is now considerably higher than it was before the initial call out... because CHL have shown that they are not only professional in their work, but also professional when it comes to resolving matters when things do not go smoothly.

Contact heating company installed a new ariston combo boiler recently. Their standard of work from planning to final installation, was of the highest standard. They cleared all the old back boiler, tank, and all other waste connected to the installation. When they finished, there was very little cleaning for me to do. I would definitely recommend them to anybody. Very happy with their work.

Phoned Contract Heating on Monday due to having no heating or hot water, they came the next day and advised we needed new parts which they had. Serviced our fire and fitted new parts and now all works perfectly. Genuine, trustworthy and efficient engineers & office team. Would recommend.

We use Contract heating to service our boiler, every year, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. As we are both out all day, the office was very flexible in arranging a call out time, I gave them my mobile number and the engineer called 30 mins before he was due to arrive. On arrival the engineer was very efficient,smart and friendly, he explained to me what he was doing, and how long he thought he would take. In all he was there about 45 mins or so, and he did a great job. Have already recommended this company to my workmates!

Thoroughly recommend Contract Heating for boiler work. Slick service on the phone and quick date made for engineer visit. He arrived well within the window agreed, which was great as I didn't have to hang around for ages. Lovely man! Did the work cleanly and efficiently. And the cost was so much less than our previous boiler service from a "well known provider"!! Will definitely be using them again for our home boiler.

Thank you very much for fixing our boiler promptly and efficiently, we had expected the worst however the engineer explained that replacing several parts would remedy the leak and noise. Parts were ordered, the engineer arrived as agreed, fitting the parts was relatively quick, the boiler now seems a lot quieter than previous. A good job at a very reasonable price.

Got Contract Heating in to replace my boiler which had seen better days. Two smart engineers arrived early on the day of installation and set about it. These guys never stopped!!! Over the two days, they did a fantastic job. The level of workmanship was first class and when I inspected the completed job, I was very impressed. It was a professional, neat and tidy installation and these guys know exactly what they are doing. Even their quality assurance inspector went out his way and set up our electronic room thermostat and explained how to operate the module. If you are planning on replacing your boiler or have central heating problems, I would thoroughly recommend Contract Heating. First class service.

Contract heating recently carried out a major upgrade of our central heating system which included installing a new boiler, moving radiators and replacing all the existing pipework. They did an excellent job at a realistic price and it was carried out to our complete satisfaction. INCREDIBLY HELPFUL! They were asked to come deliver a safety check of our CH by our property managers. Unfortunately, our CH hadn't been working for a bit and we were slightly concerned with winter approaching. Their team very kindly left a note explaining why it wasn't working and how to make it work, and left it up and running for us to come back to a warm flat. Highly recommend them!

First class installation today of new mains powered fire alarm system in four rooms, seamlessly integrated with existing ceilings, and replacement of bathroom ceiling light, switch and the fan, which now runs quiet for the first time. The technician Ben who installed everything also vacuumed up all waste, leaving the work areas spotlessly clean, tested everything and explained the operation of the various smoke and heat detectors. Friendly, punctual and within quoted time. Highly recommended.

Great Place for all Gas work course work. Nearly finished my course Tommy & Andy are quite simply the best in there field. I have some difficulty with writing and Tommy adapted the course for me. They have endless patients and are happy to go over any part of the course what it takes they will do it for the Lerner. Don't go anywhere else I can assure you that you won't be disappointed. They charged £83 for cleaning the boiler pilot light, which they did successfully. They said it would cost £69 for the first hour. Turned out it did not include VAT. That is very misleading and shows they try to deceive customers.
