I had a fantastic experience with Edinburgh Heating. I contacted them about fixing a leaking radiator that another company had installed and failed repeatedly to fix. Edinburgh Heating sent an engineer the next day - after the initial visit, one of the valves was still leaking, but as soon as I called, they sent the engineer back and this time the fix was complete and permanent. Very happy with the service - everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

My boiler had stopped working in the worst possible time and I needed to get it working before the weekend. I called Edinburgh Heating for help after seeing the good reviews. Iain kindly helped me on the phone to get the boiler working. He was very patient, knowledgeable and polite. I will call him next time for my boiler service and definitely recommend him to everyone.

Iain at Edinburgh Heating was just brilliant when our hot water kept cutting out. Very easy to deal with and I'm not surprised to see other positive reviews on here. The firm was recommended to me by a family member who had also found them to be very professional and quick to respond. I've since cancelled our service contract with one of the big firms as had bad service and availability from them - will just use this fab local company instead.

If you need your heating fixed, go with Edinburgh Heating. Even if you dont need your heating fixed, get something done anyway as they are amazing. They are really knowledgeable, do bespoke work that other people would not touch and they are incredibly friendly, kind and professional to have in your house. Went to insane lengths to get us heating and hot water for the weekends. Honestly, I cannot recommend them enough.

I can't think of anything I would have done differently with Edinburgh Heating. I found them on Edinburgh Trusted Traders, so was already quite confident, but they far exceeded expectations. Initially we contacted them to have them service the ancient boiler in our new flat. However when we got the keys it became apparent that the boiler was so old it was likely to be both inefficient and unreliable, so we changed our request before they came, to fitting a new boiler instead. They took that in their stride, and came to discuss options. They fitted the new boiler the next day, at what we feel was a very good price, and worked cleanly and quickly. They also returned to fit a Nest thermostat, which we are big fans of too. All their communication has been great, and they have been a pleasure to deal with.

My boiler had stopped working and I phoned up Iain at Edinburgh heating to see if he could come and fix it. He was on the other side of town and was fully booked, but he gave me some advice which allowed me to get the boiler working again. Really nice guy, very helpful and knowledgeable, he saved the day. Wanted to replace my combi boiler but one the right size needed a new gas supply pipe involving taking down the ceilings in four rooms! Fortunately Iain came up with a solution which is now installed and working beautifully. Iain and his team did a great job and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Edinburgh Heating removed our 1980s boiler, radiators and controls and replaced with a brand new two zone system with WiFi enabled thermostats. Throughout the job and afterwards we haven't been able to fault Edinburgh Heating's work, their service or their aftercare. The system they have installed works perfectly and we are very pleased with our remotely controllable high efficiency system. I have no hesitation in recommending Iain Clarke and Edinburgh Heating.

Edinburgh Heating removed our ancient boiler and put a new boiler into the next room. They were very thorough in their research into the best system for our house and we are delighted with our new, WiFi enabled thermostat and boiler. The work took a little longer than expected, but we were still charged the original quote.

I went for the Honeywell Evohome system as part of a major renovation. The plumbers working on the job were not familiar with Evohome so I got in touch with Edinburgh Heating and Iain very helpfully came promptly to configure the system as we were moving in during a cold spell and had no heating.

I contacted Iain through Facebook initially, which he followed up with a phone call. He came to view the work required and did the job there and then!! Very tidy installation of a 3rd Gen Nest Thermostat with advice and recommendation for some further work. Absolutely would recommend and will be the first person I call for any further work!

Iain came out just before christmas, our boiler broke as he was finishing his last shift before the holidays but he still came out at 8pm. We have a newborn and just prior to her being born my partner lost her job so finances have been extremely tight. As well as doing the call out so late he did not charge us for the work he had to do. NOt only was the work amazing he restored my faith in humanity.

Emergency This morning (Sunday) Water flooding out of boiler. Had to shut main water valve to house to stop flood. Contacted Edinburgh Heating and spoke to Iain who was extremely helpful. He diagnosed the fault over the phone, talked me through isolating the hot water from the boiler to the taps. Now I have heating & water to the house. Emergency averted and now have time to arrange repair to the boiler so that I can have hot water taps again. Can't thank him enough.

I was very impressed with the standard of service and engineering knowledge of Edinburgh Heating. After refurbishing my property, I became aware that the existing gas boiler was obsolete and couldn't be serviced due to discontinuance of parts. Iain, took on the challenge of finding a solution, without disrupting the newly refurbished work. Result, an electric combi-boiler. placed in the cupboard previously occupied by the gas boiler. The team were efficient, friendly and tidy. There was a high standard of workmanship and the job was carried out in good time. I would thoroughly recommend Edinburgh Heating.
