I stumbled across ICON when I was panicking at 7:30PM due to no heating or hot water! What a find! Spoke to Brendan that night at 7:30PM and he arranged for someone to go out at 11am the next day! What a great service and great price to get it sorted! Would (and have already) recommend ICON for any heating work. Will be getting the team back out in Jan to do more work for me. Thanks again!

My boiler wasn't working, so I called Icon on Saturday. The guy I spoke to said if I texted him back with my details, he would get somebody to come over on Sunday morning (the next day). So he texted me his number, and I replied with my details. No reply from Icon. I phoned Icon at 10:20 on Sunday morning. Again no reply, so I left a voicemail. Nobody called me back. When I first posted all this in my review on here, the guy from Icon texted me saying he never got my text. We exchanged screenshots - the text chain on my phone shows my text, but the one on his phone doesn't. So it looks as if the text somehow didn't arrive. He apologised but said he had been too busy to reply to my voicemail. Maybe all this is understandable, but it didn't help me. I couldn't get anybody else out until the next day, which meant an extra day of electric heaters. Instead of asking them to text their details, maybe Icon might be better off asking people to email them their details, or just writing them down during the call

As promised. Brendon came on Sunday morning, after Saturday call. Fix ed the problem with our gas leak from gas box and boiler. Very reliable and professional. Explained the problem to us . We would definitely recommend Icon and Brendon. ...We did ask him for another thing to do with our hob few days later and again , fixed by himself, as good as the first time. Highly recommend . Thank you. Kept the number for autumn boiler service.

I can’t recommend this company enough. Brendan did a thoroughly professional job and was adamant everything would be done to the highest standards. Not only did he go the extra mile on many occasions, he also helped out with other jobs going on in the property at the same time. Brendan was recommended by a friend.. we were stripping out our bathroom and getting a new one fitted.. Brendan was very helpful with advice and suggestions . He was very knowledgeable and professional at all times. Felt completely at ease with him working in our home. We were so impressed 6 months later and we were getting a new boiler we never thought of anyone but Brendan he had our trust and he came and fittied our boiler and explained how upgraded one would work.. Brendan was always friendly, professional and we felt reasonable in his pricing. He always cleaned up after himself and kept his workspace clean... Handy with 2 young children in the house.
