My old boiler was doing my head in! Thankfully I was recommended the Smart Gas team to come and check it out. As I expected the boiler was goosed, defo past it’s use by date and needed to be replaced. Just wanted to say that the whole thing from start to finish was excellent and the boiler installation went to plan even though I was a nightmare to get a hold of at times! Boiler quote was in line with what I expected and they kept to their costs for the job, thumbs up from me 👍

David and his team installed a new kitchen and upgraded the bathroom (with electric shower and wet walling) for us. The work was completed on time and within budget. SmartGas came out to provide a quote for the replacement of our central heating system including a new boiler so a quite a big job. After my boiler kept breaking down and the subsequent cost of multiple boiler repairs I was forced to look into getting a brand new boiler. It was important for me to get a company I could trust. A friend of ours had recommended Smart Gas as they had previously sorted out a new heating system and received great service all round. After the initial meeting with Mark it was clear that replacing my boiler with them was a no brainer, would 💯 recommend. The communication was excellent, cost was on budget with the quote and the gas engineer was on time, friendly and efficient. Not to mention place was left spotless! Our old Worcester boiler had done us proud over the years but it was in desperate need of replacing. Very happy with the installation of my replacement boiler. Jason did a very neat job, arrived on time and was very polite throughout. A good ambassador for Smart Gas. They swapped the boiler over in 6 hours and left place clean and tidy. Worth mentioning that the quote was comparable to others but their boiler recommendation, an Ideal Logic+ 30kW which comes with 10 year warranty, a CH magnetic filter and a radio thermostat, was much better than the others that were proposed by other suppliers. Happy to recommend.

Smart Gas were very profesional, they inspected a problem with my gas fire and provided a quote to repair. they repaired that in a few weeks once the spare parts were procured and when they repaired fire i also got them to service boiler and repair a leaking drain under shower. All done perfectly and with no hassle. The operative was smart, communicative and efficient. This was a pleasure to work with them as the first company tried to fix fire 2 times and it was still not working having charged me so i found a 2nd plumber who said best thing to do was to buy a new gas fire when as it turned out it just needed some spare parts

Just had an ancient hot/cold tank system boiler replaced with a new combi-boiler in my Victorian upper colonies flat. Great communication from beginning to end. An unusual job as piping had to be added and removed from different locations but all challenges were explained and efficiently overcome. It was a messy job due to work scope but they performed a good post-work cleanup. Great work ethic and attitude from the whole team (they worked over normal hours to get to a good stopping point on day 1 of 2). More than happy to use them again

Highly recommended. Smart Gas replaced my old boiler and tanks with a new combi and also new radiators. They did a very impressive job, installing the new system with the minimum of disruption and leaving all pipework as inconspicuous as possible, with a joiner even coming to box in as required, leaving me nothing to do other than to put a coat of paint over the new wood. I had a lot of concerns going into this, and Smart Gas answered all my questions, consulted me at every turn and went above and beyond in getting it finished in as close to perfection as I could have hoped for. All that and they were unbelievably the lowest quote of 3. One quote was 50% higher and boasted of the quality of their work as the reason for them being more expensive, but honestly I can't imagine what they could have done any better. You won't regret choosing Smart Gas.

Excellent service from start to finish. Smart Gas replaced my older boiler with a new Worcester Bosch system boiler. Their price was competitive and came with a 12 year warranty. The boiler was installed by Ross who was excellent - arrived on time, explained what he was doing throughout the day and left everything clean and tidy. Great service from a local company.

Smart Gas helped us out massively when we were looking to replace our boiler. My family were looking for something efficient, modern and value for money. Mark initially visited our property to analyse our situation and he very clearly went over all of the options available to us. We eventually selected the Worcester Bosch 30i, on Mark’s recommendation. His team always put us first and were very flexible with timings, which suited our busy working life! The work was completed to an extremely high standard and we couldn’t have been more happy with the service they provided. We have been lucky enough to have had the service from Smartgas for over three years now to look after my Daughter’s flat and to be honest they have been a “God Send!” A much appreciated service from a concerned Father who can put trust in a company who’s daughters are both living away from home! On top of a regular boiler maintenance service we have used them to gut and refurbIsh an en-suite bathroom (second en-suite due for a refurb soon), replace a large pump for a duplex apartment and replace a complete gas boiler system on top of other plumbing issues. We have been using Smart Gas for just over 2 years. They are quick to respond to jobs, curtious and polite. They don't do work unnecessarily and are happy to offer options to clients with differing financial thresholds. Given the volume of work they complete for us it is understandable that on the very odd occasion minor mistakes happen, but they are always quick to resolve the issue and apologise so we couldn't ask for more. I contacted Smart Gas Solutions when my combi boiler broke down recently. Mark got back to me almost immediately. He presented me with pros, cons and costs with respect of repair vs replacement. I concluded that my 15 year old boiler was best to be replaced. The installation was made within a day or so. The workmanship was super, no mess and I would never had known there had been a workman in my house when he left!
