Max was incredibly helpful, even FaceTiming with my husband on a Sunday to see if he could help! He came out the next day and was able to get parts and fix our boiler the day after. We were without heating or hot water and due to the time of year, we didn’t expect him to come so quickly so we were very thankful for his timing. Following a leaking boiler which left us without hot water or heating in mid-January, I Googled local boiler repairers and Max was top of the list with lots of excellent reviews. I rang Max up, assuming we’d have a few days wait, but within two hours of calling he was in and had fixed the boiler leak. He was incredibly quick, attentive, explained and showed where it had gone wrong and gave me boiler cover advice for any future issues. Would highly recommend Max for anyone else in Glasgow with boiler issues!

Called very late on a cold January bank holiday evening with a broken boiler - Max attended very quickly and was a huge help. After being let down by 2 other guys and struggling to get anyone else's interest came across Max who was round within half an hour to assess the boiler. Max was great in identifying the problem with our boiler. His advice to hold the builders on account for the faulty installation of the flu actually worked and the builders replaced the flu and maintained its proper alignment (which was not the case initially). Max was responsive and did follow-up calls to make sure things were sorted. Very professional!

Arthur and his men are absolutely brilliant. Arthur kept in contact all throughout the process, and his engineers went well above and beyond to make sure that not only my boiler was serviced properly, but the whole system was up and running, even getting a radiator that every other plumber had left for dead to work! They explained to me everything they were doing without any of that "don't worry your head about it little lady and let the pros do their job" attitude that is so annoying and all too commun. I will definitely keep their number and call them for any future job! A stellar crew. 2 years later, I am still extremely happy with Arthur and his engineers! They've serviced my boiler 3 years in a row now, always smiling, helpful, happy to explain what they're doing, and keeping me up to date on their timing on the day if they are running late. I absolutely recommend them, you won't regret using their services!
