David and his team installed a full central heating system in my house from scratch. Incredibly patient and helpful before installation, explaining everything and ensuring the system was what we wanted. They arrived on time every day and worked in a professional manner throughout. Snagging issues were dealt with quickly first time round and without fuss. System has been running for about a month now, by far the most efficient heating system I've ever had! Highly recommend borders boilers 👍

After a power outage our boiler refused to start. Borders Boilers had been recommended to us and they showed up the same day or the morning after I phoned. The fault ended up being a pretty complex one to find, involving an electrician in the end. However, David would not rest trying to find out what could be the problem. He would reach out to and work with our electrician while investigating the problem. Once the problem had been identified and heating restored, an overdue service was performed plus some minor repairs to stop a persistent leak. The boiler has been perfect since then. David is also very approachable and happy to share from his wealth of knowledge.

Phoned and explained my problem - a leaking radiator - from the radiator itself, Davis was out the next day to look it over and although he was going on holiday, managed to replace the radiator within a few days, Brilliant Service!
