Excellent service. John and his two plumbers installed a new Worcester Greenstar LPG boiler system with propane cylinders, removing an old electric heating system. The job was complex and took longer than expected however the guys stayed late into the evening to ensure the job was complete and I had heating. The guys were clean, tidy and respectful. Would highly recommend this company.

If looking for a heating engineer, I would recommend John Hastings - very competitive price- excellent communicator- jobs done to a high standard including a new hot water tank being installed in flat with white meter heating system, and a replacement radiator fitted to a gas central heating system in my home. Arrived at specified date and time, efficient worker and very tidy tradesman. Reliable - recommended to me by my son who had a full central heating system fitted. Very knowledgeable about a range of heating systems.

We had Hastings heating services do a complete central heating install 9 months ago. We couldn’t recommend them enough. Great workmanship, very friendly and prompt. Full lpg system was put in over 2 days. The system is amazing. They even contacted me afterwords to see if everything was working fine. I needed a gas installed at one of my properties. I contacted few plumbers who did not turn up or gave a very high price. I came across John's company and made arrangements for a quote . I am so glad I did after being let down so many times before John turned up and looked at the work required he planned and fully explained what the job would entail and what disruption there would be. I received the quote and gave the go ahead . They started work and were very neat and tidy . What I was really impressed with was the way John and his team hid the pipework where possible. Causing as little disruption to the decoration skirting. In the past I have had work done with pipes been put where was the easiest for plumber John and his team did not do this they left the job in first class condition . I would highly recommend hasting heating and I am already planing another install to be done

Woke up to no hot water or heating. Major inconvenience, especially with a 5 month old baby in the house. I tried phoning a couple of other local businesses - no answer. Phoned Hastings and John answered within a couple of rings. He gave me a time frame for him coming out and turned up bang on time. He quickly assessed the boiler and diagnosed the problem. Got a part sourced and off he went to get said part. He was back within the hour to fit the part. A proper trustworthy genuine tradesman who knows his stuff. He chatted with me about different boilers as we are looking to upgrade later this year. He really put a alot of care into his work and kept me up to date at all times. The price was very competitive. Cannot recommend highly enough and will be getting in touch with him regarding a new boiler later in the year. Cheers John!

Has done 2 jobs for me now, a full gas central heating install and an unvented hot water tank. Both times I was given a very competitive price, work was completed quickly to a high standard and when there was minor snags John was out to fix them straight away. Would recommend and will use again!
