I just want to say a big thank you to Heatco Scotland Ltd, they really did do a great job. The quote was reasonable and the summary of what work would be carried out was very clear. When an issue or something that needed an alternative resolution did present itself, it was handled really well, "we can't do A, but how about option B, C or D?". You can't ask for any more than that. I met a couple of the guys throughout the day and they were all cracking characters, really friendly and polite. We are really happy with our new boiler and the installation and highly recommend Kevin and his team. Thanks guys.

Contacted Heatco due to good reviews on Trust Pilot for a new boiler. Kevin came to my house the next day and checked what I needed and gave me a quote which I was really happy with. His colleague Brian turned up dead on time to install my new boiler and Kevin came in later to do the electrics.Both very friendly and communication by phone and text was excellent. Boiler is working perfectly Highly recommend.

Kevin (the owner), visited me on Thur 17 to discuss the replacement of my still-working 22 y.o. Worc Bosch boiler. He sent me a quote later the same day, which I accepted on 21st and installation was arranged for Wed 23rd Nov. Adam arrived at 8.30am and worked steadily on his own ( with Kevin appearing mid-way for a little while) till the job was finished, everything tidied up and rubbish removed by 3pm. Kevin and Adam were both extremely friendly and helpful, patiently answering all my questions. My Hive was reconnected and the new boiler operation explained thoroughly by Adam before leaving. I couldn't have asked for a better company to do the job and would highly recommend Heatco.

Kevin came out on Sunday night for a survey, and quote and the new boiler was fitted on Tuesday by a polite and helpful engineer. I thought my old boiler was pretty good but the new one blows it out the water so I would not hesitate in recommending hetco

A very efficient service from start to finish. Kevin came to give us the quote, for replacing and relocating a new boiler, and then also did the job with his team so there were no unexpected alterations or confusions. Fantastic service and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a boiler installation. I actually had my boiler installed just under a year ago. My boiler broke down just before Christmas when I’m sure most heating engineers are extremely busy. Kevin was extremely responsive in providing a quote at short notice and was able to accommodate fast installation. Where a lot of companies may leave you to chase them to try and arrange dates, they were able to provide a great service in a fast responsive way.

I phoned Kevin on the Thursday as my boiler had broke and we had no heating or hot water. He sent Thomas the very next day to install a new boiler. I cant praise this company enough. They were upfront with the costs and even threw in a free thermostat! I had a little issue post installation with the boiler but they helped to fix it during off hours without any fuss or hassle. Kevin and his team were nothing but professional in fitting my boiler and helping all along the process. He took time to help with an issue that came up when someone else's boiler was fitted and addressed an issue with my current boiler that I'd had ongoing for 2 years. We had an issue with our boiler that Kevin installed a few years ago. He contacted the boiler manufacture as under warranty who then promptly got in touch who said we needed a new thermostat receiver. Kevin was soon round when new part arrived to install. Excellent quick aftercare service from Kevin and highly recommend.

Kevin answered the request quickly came to view the boiler. I was given a quote that evening and appointment for installation was made. The appointment was re-scheduled to allow my boiler to be fixed earlier due to having no heating. The new boiler was installed in time with the engineer taking me through the settings.
