superb service from Dougie, Ryan and their team of helpers ( roofer electrician and apprentice) , the quietest, cleanest workers ever. New Bolier supplied and fitted within a couple of days from advising we needed it and at a price we were very happy with. Had used British Gas for 20 years and paid them fortunes but sadly never again will we let them darken our door. JDS are my new heroes!!

I would highly recommend JDS plumbing and gas services, very professional and excellent prices. Dougie switched an electric hob to a gas hob, his work was a very high standard and carried out quickly. He was friendly and his communication with me prior to the job was excellent. Excellent job by JDS! Dougie came round for a free quote and we quickly agreed a date to carry out work that suited us. At the job - he was friendly, professional, efficient and left everything nice and tidy. One of the jobs was slightly more complex that we originally thought but it wasn't a problem for Dougie. I would highly recommend and will definitely will be using them again in the future!

Got my new boiler fitted today and I am now sitting nice and cosy. Dougie arrived with his colleague Ryan and both of them were very polite and friendly guys. I left the house and let them get on with it and returned 2 hours later. They were then joined with an electrician but I never got his name and finalised the installation. They spoke me through the system and how it all works and did not leave until I was completely happy everything was working to my satisfaction . I highly recommend JDS, they are affordable, efficient and left my house spotless, you would never have known workmen had been it. Thank you for an excellent service.

Great service fitting my outside tap during lockdown. Social distancing observed and even requested £15 of his fee was donated inline using just giving towards the NHS. Dougie is friendly reliable and just a nice guy. Cleaned up after himself came on time calling first to let me know exactly when to expect him. Dougie replied to messages straight away and came to give a free quote very quickly. written quote for supply and fit new combi boiler was very detailed making it clear what was included. Dougie arranged to come and install boiler on a day that suited us and fitted new boiler in half a day and cleared up any mess. would recommend !

Dougie from JDS was outstanding. We visited my husband's elderly parents in Kirkintilloch (father in law very ill) on Saturday afternoon to find that their CH was broken. I tried lots of plumbers numbers for almost 2 hours to no avail and eventually got Dougie (through EPHG on Google), who turned up less than 40 minutes later. Their boiler was old, hadn't been serviced for ages and despite Dougie trying hard, it unfortunately had too much wrong with it so we decided it was time for a new one. Due to the situation with their age and ill health Dougie said he would come and fit it the next day, the Sunday. He was so kind and offered to go home and fetch them 3 electric heaters to do them overnight and was back in under an hour. Dougie turned up on the Sunday morning and the job, which wasn't an easy one as the boiler was in the cellar and everything needed alot of upgrading, was done very professionally and the heating and hot water was up and running mid afternoon. Excellent service from Dougie at JDS. Would definitely recommend

Used this company as my boiler completely broke down at 8pm on a Saturday night. So i phoned for emergency call out. I was recommended this company by a couple of friends as its hard to know whos a decent plumber these days. Douglas the plumber arrived and was an absolute gentleman. Very cheerful and fixed my boiler in no time !! Very reasonably priced and he came across so professional with excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Very quick response to a problem with a burst pipe. JDS plumbing were very professional and personable and took care to adhere to all the current Covid-19 restrictions wearing masks from the moment I opened the door. Got a new boiler put in from JDS gas services and they were absoloutely brilliant! Dougie was super quick with responses and gave advice on how to fix an issue we were having with it a few weeks prior! Didn't send someone out on a call out charge and instead told us what the issue probably was and what to do and he was right! Saved us money and was really helpful. Dougie, Ally and Ryan all came out to help install our new boiler. The guys were lovely, had good chat and were helpful and informative. We have booked in to get it serviced by them in the future. Would highly recommend JDS gas services to anyone who is looking.
