I've had a great experience with Jack of MCG Heating Solutions, based in Clydebank. Before undertaking the job, Jack took the time to explain all the various aspects of the whole-flat radiator replacement solution (eight radiators in total) that I was looking to achieve. His workmanship, in regards to the under-floor copper piping, and the actual installation of the radiators themselves, was excellent. Jack also talked me through the operation of the Hive thermostat that was fitted as part of the overall solution. Again, his workmanship in actually fitting the thermostat and the receiver unit (adjacent to the boiler) was excellent. I would *very* confidently recommend Jack of MCG Heating Solutions to a friend.

Left Jack and Harry to get on with it They gave us options on fitting the full system. Moved the boiler to a better position and fitted gas meter against a wall , given us much more cupboard room. Job was done with no issues .very happy good price and delighted with the job.

We had a 44 year old boiler, cylinder, tanks, pipework etc.. MCG removed all the old system and fitted a new Vaillant boiler and control system. It was a big 3 day job. They were experienced, hard working and qualified for the job. The finished job is tidy and is working well. They will do our annual service.

We employed MCG Heating to exchange our 25-year-old boiler for a new high efficiency condensing boiler, they were an excellent company to deal with. I have just retired having spent 35 years in the Gas industry, so can highly recommend MCG Heating from both a personal and professional point of view. I only wish I had had the opportunity to work with more like MCG heating during my time with British Gas, Transco and latterly SGN. MCG's quality of work was excellent and good value, they turned up on the agreed day and completed the work to a high standard; demonstrating a high level of professionalism throughout the work being completed. We also had a Hive system fitted, that allows us to better control the heating system to optimise it's efficiency and allows us to control upstairs separately from downstairs and the hot water. I would happily recommend anyone upgrading their boiler to fit a Hive system or equivalent. In summary an excellent company to deal with and some really nice people to have working in your home. Many thanks for the great work.

I contacted MCG Heating and they were very prompt in looking at the job. They were reasonably priced and Jack and Harry were courteous and hard working. The cleaned as they went along and even when there was an issue with the gas supply they got this sorted out immediately. They did everything they could to ensure there was as little impact of the work on ourselves. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again. 5 stars

I contacted Mcg heating solutions for a quote to replace my boiler. They came to the house within a day and gave me a quote straight away. 4 days later they were back and fully installed my new boiler. I found them extremely hard working and tidy, even bringing their own booties so they didn’t get my carpets dirty when going out to their van. The price was excellent compared to other quotes I had been given and the boiler works great, no issues at all. I would highly recommend their service.

What can I say!!! Firstly thank you for outstanding service Harry really appreciated. Harry came out at agreed time and gave me a quote, I had already done my homework on different boilers and asked Harry his advice, Harry was spot on with his advice and left it up to me to choose my boiler which I did. I was struggling to get the baxi 830 I had decided to go for and Harry went out his road to locate one for me ( thanks again ) We agreed a date & time. Harry and his apprentice were there on time, Covered my stairs and got to work, The boiler was fitted same day, old boiler removed and collected from my front garden within 2 hours being removed by his team. Our 10 year old boiler packed in yet again on a Friday leaving us without heating and hot water and we made the decision to replace the system. I contacted Vaillant who were our chosen manufacturer and they suggested a list of Master Technicians near to us. We asked for quotes from 3 of these and one was just ridiculous, one didn't bother getting in touch but Jack from MCG Heating responded within the hour, sent us a detailed reasonable quote for the work and as we were in dire straits managed to fit us in for the beginning of the next week. He turned up bang on time as promised and had our new boiler installed and running within hours. He also fitted a device to power flush and clean the entire system overnight and returned the next morning to supply and fit new radiators. All the work was carried out very professionally, they were very careful to not make any avoidable mess and the guys even cleaned up everything after they had finished and removed all the rubbish left. I couldn't recommend Jack and his team any more highly, they are professional, reasonably priced and their work is to the highest possible standard. We are even booked in for an annual service call. We're delighted with our new heating system and I would happily endorse MCG Heating to anyone in the Argyll and Dunbartonshire area.

Harry from McG filled me with the most confidence and I hired them to fit and install a new Vaillant boiler.
