I used this company to service my boiler. I was very impressed with the service they provided. I arranged the service over the phone and I picked a day which suited me. The representative arrived on time, was very efficient and actually repaired a small leak that I had which was caused by a loose nut. After the man left I received the invoice via email with all the details I needed to pay using online banking. Overall I am really pleased with the full service and will definitely be using this company in the future. Highly recommend!

This company is the best we've been able to find in Glasgow area. Andy and his team have been absolutely brilliant. The process of getting an appointment, then a quote, to then getting the new boiler fitted was all straightforward and professional. Such a great company. Gave them a wee phone and they were able to find a slot for me almost straight away which was amazing. We contacted this service convinced that we would need to replace the boiler, but Andy and his colleague Colin came out at short notice, ordered the necessary parts and returned the following day to fix the problems. I should say that they went above and beyond by coming at the end of their day on a Friday to make sure that we had hot water before the weekend. They were honest, friendly, reasonable, polite, kind and ultimately saved us from making an unexpected boiler purchase. It's very rare these days to receive such good service. Andy replaced our old broken boiler and done an excellent job. Communication is first rate with approximate times given for coming out and always within that window. We have a six month old baby so when our ancient boiler went during a cold snap, we were anxious to say the least. We called a number of companies for quotations but were really impressed by how thorough and honest Andy and his guys were. We later realised that he took on a temporary engineer to enable us to get the boiler we wanted in the shortest possible timeframe. And less than 24 hours later, we had heating and hot water. Fantastic experience from start to finish with Andy and the team. Started of when my 7 year old IDEAL boiler finally gave up the ghost after years of costly problems and repairs. Andy came round and was the only engineer out of 3 different companies to identify and fix a leak that had damaged my worktop and units. Unfortunately, this solved the leak but the boiler was still a problem, so the first person on my list to call to fit a new one was The Boiler Repair Man. He gave me a reasonable quote to powerflush my system, fit a brand new Valiant combi boiler and magnetic filter. Definitely not the cheapest but I was very confident, I would get what I paid for and I was right. Ryan and Matthew turned up on time, phoned ahead to let me know when they would arrive, Identified a problem with my gas meter, phoned the Scottish Gas Network on my behalf, who came out and fixed a leaking valve on my mains inlet & they took no time at all to carry out the work. They were no trouble at all & the only sign at all that they had been in my house was a toasty home for the first time in months. They were respectful of my home (taking shoes of to walk on new carpets), respectful of my young children who were curious as to the 2 strangers working away in their home & respectful of my time. However, the true mark of the great customer service that this company offer, was how they reacted to a very minor problem with a leaking condensate pipe, that was dripping a little after being fitted (I don’t think I had let the sealant dry properly before running the kids a bath) Ryan came back within an hour, fixed it & they have been in touch over the last couple of days to ensure that the issue has not happened again and check that everything was okay. This is a company and a team that you can TRUST and in the world that we live in today, that is probably the most important pillar of a business. Thanks guys

They were the only company that listened to what l actually wanted, being a Vallient boiler and were able to give me peace of mind regarding the installation works. I couldn't be happier with my decision. Andy gave me a 2 hour window for his visit and appeared well within this time. Despite discovering the problem was slightly more involved than first anticipated he located and replaced a blocked section of pipe in half an hour all for the very reasonable price originally quoted. Andy obviously knows his stuff and is clearly motivated by a desire to help his customers with the minimum of fuss. I had an issue with my Vokera boiler showing an orange light and hot water kept cutting out after 5 minutes or so. Andy managed to fit me in same day of emergency call , recognised I cannot have my Father who is a pensioner of 78 years without heating , Andy immediately Identified a very serious fault in the boiler that several "so called" qualified British gas engineers overlooked during routine services and many call outs from that company , costing several £`s ... photos were taken by myself and Andy of the serious boiler issues, Andy professionally recommended in his capacity that I seek legal representation and address these issues with British gas, some photos were sent to a training school for research , others I will use to address my issues with British gas and their engineers . Andy Mac Queen and his partner Ryan both very friendly guys , camaraderie between them is sublime and somewhat dry composure but humorous, while naturally remaining totally professional, Installed my Dad a new "Upgraded" new boiler with minimal fuss, mess or inconvenience. I never rate any tradesman at all usually , since always leave me with further problems , but there's "commercially acceptable" and "perfection" ! these guys fall onto that category of seeking perfection. We needed a new boiler. We asked a few companies for quotes to replace and for advice. The Boiler Repair Man (TBRM) was very good at spotting all of the practical barriers to the installation, and was good at informing us of our options. In truth it was this discussion and the obvious way in which TBRM sees himself as in the service industry. I will happily ask TBRM to conduct the annual service of the boiler, and will wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone I know who has need. The quote was reasonable (in-line with another, cheaper than the big company) but the service was the clinching part. Andy was happy to offer us options at every turn. A professional looking PDF quote was generated rapidly and emailed to me before I committed to the project. I asked for a few minor amendments and again the quote was altered appropriately and in a timely manner. On the day of installation we have no complaints. Dust sheets were used, a reasonable effort to tidy up at the end was made. Whenever there were potential problems we were consulted as to how to proceed. We cannot overstate how much being asked adds to the experience. Having had a kitchen installed < 2 years before we were always asking for things to be altered AFTER they had made decisions without us. Things that clearly would have taken 2 minutes to ask but ended up wasting their time doing. So genuinely this part is what would encourage me to call TBRM anytime we need to. Payment was simple as the quote included the banking details. Overall TBRM would definitely be in the top three tradesmen we have had. As they are all in different trades that makes them #1 heating engineers on our list!
