I was apprehensive about getting a new boiler, but it had to be replaced as it was over 20 years old. I decided to contact Glasgow boiler company for a quote, and then after speaking to Anne and Angela decided to get a boiler fitted. From the start of the job to it finishing i was not disappointed. Anne was always so lovely and helpful on the phone. Angela came out to my house and explained what type of boiler would be suitable and also when I had any questions they were both very prompt in their replies. If I could give Brian the boiler man 5 plus star review I would. He went above and beyond. There was no tap to switch of my water in the house and he traced all the pipe work back, and got it switched off. He was polite, courteous and very hard working, explained everything and left absolutely no mess. The boiler was fitted in a day. I couldn’t be home for Andrew to come out the next day for my safety check, he kindly phoned a member of my family just before he arrived so they could be in my house for him arriving. Outstanding service from them all and I would not hesitate in recommending this company.

Everyone I dealt with at The Glasgow Boiler Company were very helpful and professional. Angela did our survey and gave great advice about boiler choice, finance options, warranties and aftercare. Ann in the office kept us up to date regarding dates and times for fitting our new boiler. On the day Stuart the installation engineer was efficient and kept us up to date with developments and was quick to rectify a minor issue. The area was left clean and Stuart spent time explaining the new system to us before leaving. Everyone was friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend this company .

I had a great experience dealing with the Glasgow boiler company. Firstly (Anne &Angela) in the office were always polite and accommodating - on two occasions I had to reschedule my install due to work and they were more than happy to accommodate this. My boiler needed to be moved to a new location in my home, I thought this would mean opening up holes in my ceiling but Andrew and Patric managed to root all the new pipe work without removing any of the plasterboard. I’m sure this would have made their job harder but shows their commitment to keeping the customer happy.

Our old boiler broke and we were left by another company without hot water and heating in January. I phoned the Glasgow Boiler company and Ann was very friendly and arranged a surveyor to come out that day. From the minute Angela walked in the door I felt relief- she was knowlegdable, efficient and friendly. The quote was drawn up and an installation date was scheduled for a few days later and the communication from Ann was brilliant. On the day of installation I got a message to say that the boiler installer was on his way and he arrived promptly. Euan did such a great job removing our old boiler, working with the roofer (who they also arranged) and installing our brand new combi boiler. Euan also took the time to explain how the boiler worked and some other friendly tips in relation to our plumbing. I would highly recommend the Glasgow Boiler company - you can tell they all work as a team and care about their work and service they provide.

Angela came to do the initial survey and was knowledgeable and thoroughly explained what work would need to be done to move the boiler from room to another downstairs. Andrew and Patrick arrived to do the work and were very professional and communicated with us about what needed to be done. They worked very efficiently and everything looks great. They cleaned up everything and all the rubbish was all taken away. Would definitely recommend using the Glasgow Boiler Company!

Needed a new boiler and based on the quote and how professional & helpful Angela was when she visited i decided upon using The Glasgow Boiler Company. The whole process ran extremely smoothly, from Ann in the office, Angela who came out for inspection to Patrick and Andrew who installed the boiler. Great service. On the spot on the spot quote with Angela about 24 hours after first contact. Financing and install date setup with Ann. Within 2 hours of the quote. Price higher than web estimate due to extra remedial work and current stock/logistics issues, but this is why you get an in person quote, not a blind internet quote. Installation delayed slightly due to installer sickness - can’t be helped - but the team kept me updated, and on both the day Angela and installer Andrew arrived, advice that they were in the way was recieved by text, with real time tracking for Andrew. Was told to expect a day or two, but a full boiler replacement was complete by lunchtime. They had some issues reconnecting my tado, but it seems it’s broken, and they gave me a wireless simple thermostat to get the system running. Would fully recommend.

Andrew and Patrick - fast and efficient fitting of boiler, removal of old tanks. Explained controls very clearly and set everything up for me before they left. This company where very professional and friendly from the very first quote until instillation of my new boiler, which only took 3 weeks from initial quote till installation, which happened when it suited me. The whole installation only took about 5 hours and Andrew and Patrick our engineers were great friendly chatty and cleaned up after as well not that they made much of a mess. Cant recommend this company high enough from the people I spoke to on the phone to the engineers nothing was a problem and we had no problems.

Great service and professional. Angela came out for the initial visit and was friendly and professional. All my initial queries were answered and Quote was provided. This was adjusted no problem as I wanted some changes and Install date was arrange around my availability. All the materials were delivered early due to bank holiday weekend. Ann arranged extra help due to COVID restrictions for these to be moved inside my property. Jane, Andrew & Patrick came to install the boiler and radiator replacements and were fantastic, friendly and professional on the day with Very tidy work, couldn’t fault. Would highly recommend.

We had a boiler fitted from Glasgow Boiler Company last month. The service we received from Angela and Anne when getting the quote and booking the job was great. Angela was informative and did not attempt to up sell. She advised us on the best product for our needs. Anne was very helpful on the phone regarding booking and payment, and also after the fact when we enquired about the aftercare package. The boiler and thermostats were installed by Adam and Darren. Both were helpful, quick and didn't leave any mess. They both took the time to go over the new equipment with me and Darren was very accommodating with regards to removing the old thermostats and relocating the replacements. I would definitely recommend.

Angela was so friendly and excellent with putting together our quote, exploring lots of different avenues for us, as we had some access issues to content with. Andrew and Pat who attended on the day to fit the new boiler were fabulous! They explained everything, were prompt, and got the job done in no time with no mess etc. They also came up with various solutions around the access issues we had and managed to avoid rerouting the flue or having to access the roof etc as we thought we might need to. A genuinely fabulous service from start to finish! Having been told by another "big" company that the only way to install a replacement combi in a 5th floor city centre flat is to personally apply to the council for a scaffolding permit (!), I suffered from acute boiler despair! However, I needn't have worried, as the GBC provided a really slick and professional alternative. I honestly couldn't fault the entire end-to-end process. I would highly recommend this company. From the initial contact with Ann to Angela, we where provided with a quick service having gone over 10 days during the Xmas period with no heat or hot water. Angela was able to explain everything clearly and felt we were receiving a fair service and product. The Glasgow Boiler Company were one of 3 companies we contacted to give us a quote for replacing our 20-year-old boiler. We're still waiting on a price from one company over a month later and the other company was just a bit more expensive. Our initial survey and quotation was carried out by Angela who was super-friendly, professional and honest about what we could have given we are in a top floor flat. Ann in the office also done a great job keeping us up to date with everything & sending across any paperwork. A few weeks later and we had our install which was carried out in a matter of hours by Andrew & Paul - they arrived bang on time, got on with the job and again, done efficiently and professionally. No mess and even installed a Tado smart thermostat which I had acquired myself. Honestly, a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and we now have a fresh, new boiler to see us through another cold winter! Thanks to The Glasgow Boiler Company for a first-class job. Highly recommended.

Absolutely delighted with my new boiler and the service we received. We contacted the Glasgow Boiler Company for a quote and Ann came back to us really quickly to arrange a survey. Angela came out a day later and surveyed our space and answered all the questions that we had, she was very knowledgeable. Arrangements were made for our Boiler to be fitted the following week due to a cancellation and Andrew and Patrick arrived bright and early and had our Boiler fitted super quick, they work really well as a team. They were extremely professional, cheery and tidied up any mess that they made and then explained how the boiler and thermostat worked.
