We had our 20 year old oil central heating system replaced by T K Murray with an air source heat pump 3 years ago. It is just brilliant! The process was very professional from the initial contact with Paul and Norman to the installation by their team and support from Adele – first class throughout. Attention to detail was excellent and the 1.5 days taken to remove the old system and install the new one was flawless. In addition, the T K Murray team now carry out any required maintenance checks for us to ensure our system continues to perform efficiently - perfect! I cannot recommend this company enough – their customer care is second to none. Great job!

T K Murray were excellent in every way when installing our air sourced heating system. Their sales representative was very well informed and he advised and assisted us extremely well in choosing and progressing the installation. The company office were prompt and clear in all communications. The installation team were on time, very efficient, quick at the installation and left our house in a very tidy state. Since installation the system has worked very well. The sales representative was a great help in making sure we were able to access RHI and other benefits in relation to having the system installed.

From our initial contact with TKMurray we were very impressed with the helpful and professional advice we were given. The advice was comprehensive covering the actual installation process , timescale,costs and grant applications. Home visits telephone and on line advice on any queries we had in completing forms were helpful and thorough. The actual installation was professional with a team of plumbers and electricians working over two days because our house was quite a big house. The only evidence of them having been there was that we now had heaters in every room and our house was warm. The firm also included a carpet fitter before and after the installation to move and replace carpets where necessary. We very much appreciated everything TK Murray have for us. Thank you

Took a day and a half to install. What a terrific job they did. Tidied up after the first day to make everything accessible then finished after a couple of hours on the second day. They left the house in a great state. Barely an hour after they had left we got a phone call from the company, this was the person to refit the carpets! No carpets were needed to be refitted as only a corner had needed to be taken up but it illustrated the care, attention and detail TKM were putting into the work. 100% satisfaction with the work. As to the heating system...great, had it in for over a year. ...replaced old storage heaters. very efficient and highly recommended.

TK Murray were very professional in their operations. Norman, their salesman is a great asset to the company as he is very cheery, accessible and knowledgeable. We had an air source heat pump installed and love the constant and pleasant heat it produces throughout the house. The company arrived on time, were very efficiant with the installation and, although there were a couple of little snagging problems these were rectified promptly and without fuss, thanks to the ever efficient Adele in the office. Would certainly reccommend this company.

Had full new central heating system fitted today, Guy’s arrived at 8.00am. 1.30 got call to say it was finished, arrived back at house to find it all cleaned up. I have varnished floors throughout the house and expected some damage. Not a bit of damage was done. Would highly recommend this company.

Very professional from start to finish. They retro fitted a new heat pump in a day. Arrived at 0800 hrs, ripped out the existing lpg boiler, radiators and old pipework. Installed all new and had heating on by 2000 hrs that evening. Hassle free. Delighted.

So install day arrived on Friday 6th may and the boys arrived at 8.30am that was ok untill 3.20 when I returned home from work to be told that a guy had to leave as he had a appointment and that I would have no heating or hot water till Monday so I said ok I can do just water out my tap to boil ect but when I went back out to work and came home at 6pm no water at all no hot or cold water and no heating they also to add insult to injury put my air pup fan at my back door instead of round the corner that was agreed on plan shadowing to call out emergency Plummer to put water on for me when he did the water started to pore out new boiler which wasn't installed properly and he had to come out to tighten it up just so I had cold water we could use we have 3 kids under 15 in house so was hard boiled water for 3 days cost lots too onMonday my Prayers were answered kt Murray called and two new boys turned up and fixed the mess of Friday shocking install 5 stars to these boys polite and very good workers and fixed everything and finished today with putting pump fan out back when it should have been from start in all poor start but hats off to the lads left me up and running and would have been 5 star if wasnt for poor start by first team

Great all round from start to finish, would highly recommend this company, the workers are very professional made what we thought would be a very strestressful time (as husband under going chemo) so easy, the 4 men were great lifted our flooring in one whole room plus furniture and carpet in hall, started work at 9am had heating up snd running by 6pm whole new system installed, they also replaced all flooring and furniture when finished and even made the bed back up 5 star++++ service, Can't praise this company enough.
