This outstanding Company rescued my 94 years old Mother from broken heating boiler hell. The first phone call to the clean up operation was so smooth and professional. Office staff Kira was so friendly, Paul was so patient with my severely deaf Mother when assessing requirements, the Terrific Trio of John, Kevin and James provided an excellent, swift job, James’s success in explaining the new thermostat to Mum was amazing! I cannot recommend this Company enough, thank you so very much, Susan

First class service. Have boiler service contract with SAGA which hadn’t been carried out. Phoned them first thing last Monday and they said they’d contact your firm. By the time I got email confirmation from Saga your firm had already contacted me and appointment was set up for later same morning. Jordan attended right on time and carried out service efficiently. Superb service from your company and deserves the five star rating. Would certainly recommend Wm. Donnelly & Co.

We picked Donnelly & Co to convert our ensuite shower room into a wet room. I am disabled and needed extra space so allow me to wash. We found that not only was the quality of workmanship excellent, the sales person Patrick showed care and understanding for the problems I was having. With his experience we were able to pick the correct fittings and finishings, which has given us not only a very functioning shower room, but one that we are delighted with. Thanks Guys

What a great company. Had their plumber with me only 15 minutes after I called. SHEA was so helpful, and got the seized shower valve fixed super fast. Also, gave me useful tips on how to stop it happening again. Highly recommend. Was a fair callout fee and got the work done - without any unnecessary extras thrown in. The only other person to look at the problem suggested replacing my complete (hardly used) shower. Now looking to sign up for their annual breakdown services.

W M Donnelly were assigned to fix a leak in my boiler as part of home emergency cover. They called quickly to let me know someone would be round the next day but gave a very large time window. The plumber did call before visiting the next day and seemed to fix the leak but managed to cause a new leak in doing so. I was unable to contact them when I got home and found the new leak so had to go through the insurance company again who arranged them to come back out. They again called quickly and said someone would be out the next day. He also phoned in advance and has now fixed the second leak. Overall a decent enough service but the first plumber should have been more careful and checked his work before leaving.

This company came to us for a boiler repair through an insurance product. Our boiler was beyond repair - which we knew - and they provided us with a competitive and comprehensive quote to install a new boiler. They were easy to deal with, the staff who worked in the house were hard working and friendly, I was happy having them in the house and they were great at explaining everything to me (and my two small children who had their own questions!). We had a small teething problem which was solved immediately the morning I called them. Great service and helpful friendly team. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and use again.

Recently had my boiler break down. The engineers repaired my boiler very quickly and made my day stress free. Was a breakdown repair. Good communication from phoning to arrange a time and day of visit and a number of texts to update oth engineer visit. Engineer was excellent, polite and courteous. My elderly mother had a new boiler fitted through Corgi and the job was given to Donnelly’s. When their engineers John and Iikidiusz arrived to fit new boiler it was discovered that due to Corgis mistake the boiler supplied was far to big to fit in space. John managed to source correct boiler and travelled all the way to Ayr to collect it. He even purchased two heaters so that my mum had a heat source due to the fact that they did not have enough time to finish installation after having to go and collect aforementioned replacement boiler. They were back the next day and the job was completed. Only problem Mum had to manually turn boiler on and off as Corgi supplied a “smart thermomostat” which was missing a part!! To cut a long story short they had not sent all of the required equipment needed to connect thermostat. I contacted Corgi and was told they would “look into it”. Needless to say they were absolutely useless!. In desperation I contacted Donnelly’s and spoke to Caitlin. She promptly contacted Corgi and got everything sorted extremely promptly. Their engineer Paul arrived next day with required part and installed it - he even went as far as contacting supplier of Thermostat and ensuring that my Mums heating would come on and off at the times she required. From start to finish everyone at Donnelly’s went above and beyond to ensure job was completed. I cannot recommend this company enough. If only all companies were like Donnelly’s what a better world we would live in.

After having numerous quotes from different contractors, I chose WM Donnelly to plan and fit an ensuite bathroom as their price was very competetive compared to the rest, they were well established, local and could do the job from start to finish. Patrick (the Project Manager) listened to me and understood the kind of job I was looking for and designed my bathroom taking into account our requirements. The builders, plumbers and electricians were first class and worked around my availability as I work full time. Any time I needed to discuss the job, I could call their office and speak with someone knowledgable. The girls in the office were polite and curteous too ( Jessica, Stacey and Caitlin) I am now arranging to have a new boiler fitted soon and I am confident they are the best company for the job. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone including friends and family.

Bathroom Refit We had always used WM Donnelly for any boiler problems but after being left in the lurch by another company, WM Donnelly saved the day by coming in at the last minute to refit our bathroom.
