After a couple of years of discussing getting air con due to the summers getting hotter and hotter we finally took the plunge and got some quotes and info together. We went ahead and used James and Jonny at Ace who installed air con in our home this week and the job they’ve done is fantastic! The communication has been great and James managed to squeeze us in before this latest heatwave which has been brilliant - especially with me being heavily pregnant! The work was done tidily and efficiently and both James and Jonny were lovely friendly guys. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending ace comfort.

Our Eco house retained heat in Summer as well as winter after 4 years of overheating Ace Comfort Cooling came up with the perfect solution. Fitted in less than a day by their staff who were tidy gentlemen that we were happy to have in our home, no dodgy subcontractors. I contacted James because as a wine maker and brewer, I had a problem with storing my supplies during our increasingly hot summers in London. The thermometer in my brewhouse/storage unit was creeping up to beyond 32 degrees C. I needed both advice and an efficient solution to my problem. As my brewery is at the bottom of the garden I also needed a QUIET cooler as we wanted to still be able to enjoy the garden without sitting next to a turbo jet fan! James was really helpful and explained the best solution for me at a very competitive price. The unit is fully transferable, if my business should outgrow the garden shed, it is also whisperingly quiet (My wife doesn't even know it's there!) and remarkably efficient. It was fitted with precision and speed and the temperature was reduced to 12 degrees C in less than 15 minutes! Ace Comfort Cooling offer a great personal, friendly and efficient service, and I would wholeheartedly recommend James and his team to anyone looking to chill out. I was genuinely pleased with the professionalism shown by James and Jonny when they installed my new Mitsubishi Air-Con Unit last week. Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, this installation has had to be pushed back on several occasions, on my insistence, because of Covid safety precautions. Despite delaying James, he has been a gentleman and extremely patient with me on each occasion and for that I'm very grateful. James and Jonny were punctual and arrived at 9.00am sharp. It took them no more than 2 hours to install and commission my new Air-Con unit. I'm very happy with the care they took when installing the unit and the cleanliness in which they left my property afterwards. From the initial quote through to the installation this is a first-class company to deal with. I really like the way when the install is being discussed they give there 2 cents on the proposed installation from there experience but ultimately leave it up to the client/potential client for the final decision on meeting requirements, this type of collaboration will always have the best results. Also the install was amazing as they put trunking on the outside (never seen this before) so you see no pipes and wires on the outside keeping it neat and today but also well protected against the elements. Called about an old Ac that was not working and maybe needed a service so a lovely gentleman called James spork to me and said his engineer could be with me the same afternoon. Jonney pulled up about 2pm and started to work on my split unit. He managed to get it gassed and woking in the hour and as I was late for an appointment he just left and said he would e mail an invoice over to save me time.
