Finally a plumber that you can trust! Super professional service, very reasonable pricing and incredibly tidy. James didn’t take my short cuts (unlike my previous plumber) and wouldn’t leave until he had triple checked everything worked properly. You could tell he was very knowledgable and passionate about his job. A great find. I’d booked him to install some taps but immediately booked him to service the boiler as he had been so good. He stayed to make sure I understood all of the settings on my boiler and also gave me a few simple maintenance tips, which no one else has ever bothered to do. Very helpful. Have already recommended to friends. Thanks James.

James has been brilliant at helping us to relocate our kitchen from one end of the house to the other. He was very professional with prompt communication and a quick turnaround to get us booked in, he arrived on time and was even able to come along early when it suited us and he was adaptable when the work was more complicated than first thought. He was able to source parts within a few hours and followed up the day after when we had further work to do. It is very tricky to find good tradespeople and I am pleased to now have one we can trust!

He completed the annual service of our boiler and unvented cylinder in a very professional manner and made sure all issues were correct before he finished. He was always happy to explain what he was doing and why, rather than leaving me guessing.

He investigated the issues with both our hot water and heating systems so carefully and thoroughly and presented the mostly bad news to us with such gentle honestly and tact, that it was all easier to deal with than it might have been. He helped us to think through and around all possible options to solve the problems in both the short and the long term and he refused to give up until he could leave us with heating and hot water. Without him we would have been heading into Christmas week without either and with a lot more stress. We are very grateful to him and would completely recommend his services!
