Our old boiler packed up 3 weeks before Christmas and they came out diagnosed and managed to install nice new Worcester Bosch boiler so we were up and running before Christmas. Once again to the rescue and once again an excellent service. Last time it was the central heating pump which failed and this time it was the boiler which wouldn't fire up. I can't thank them enough for finding the time at short notice for a boiler repair so close to Christmas when everyone in their profession is inundated.
R. J.Called in CBS when the company I normally use told me I needed a new oil boiler and quoted me £4700. CBS inspected the boiler and identified the leak caused by a failed washer costing £2! asked them to carry out service and full check. Final bill was nowhere near £4700! Dameon was very polite and friendly, inspired confidence and made no mess. Would not hesitate to recommend CBS. Good old fashioned high quality service, what a pleasant change!
