The guys that attend are always super nice and extremely efficient and take time to communicate what they are doing and why. They check everything over. Wait and checking some more. So professional and just damn lovely humans. Hereford Heating's service has always been incredibly good.
People are quick to complain and not so fast to compliment and say thanks. So thank you to all at Hereford Heating. A company like yours really makes a difference to people’s daily lives in a positive way.
N. W.We have used Hereford Heating for years - they have always been incredibly helpful, professional, knowledgeable and kept our aging system in tip-top condition, always going the extra mile (or ten) to find parts and make repairs as required.
Said system has just had a major oil supply line blockage, hardly surprising when you think the underground pipe is 50 years old (!) and we want to publicly thank Rob & Graham for all their efforts to clear it which included a couple of late nights and extra return calls. In the end a new pipe was required which they were able to fit in a somewhat difficult environment, a job that was approached with total professionalism and good humour, both of which were very much appreciated. The finished job is excellent.
At what is a busy time of year for them, I was very impressed at how they prioritised this work to get the heating and hot water working to support my elderly mother - thanks again gents.

Our first priority was to have a fully integrated heating system installed, so we met with several companies but Hereford Heating stood out due to Rob's professional approach, his understanding of the problems we faced in this property and his knowledge gained over 30 years in the industry. He is backed up by a team who are equally professional, led by Jo, who became our go to whenever we had questions. No matter what we asked, she was always positive, calm and very approachable. Richard and Jackson were the duo who did the installation and they were simply brilliant, we cannot praise them enough, in fact, the whole team made what could have been a very stressful 3 weeks, remarkably straight forward. .

Engineer arrived promptly, fiited new part quickly and without any mess. Best bit is that the final bill was under the original quote due to some parts not being needed. Highly recommended.

b. j.Super happy with Hereford heating. Richard & Jackson came to move and install a new boiler and a fit a new radiator. I knew what look I was after but was pretty clueless on wattage etc. Richard wrote down everything I needed to know so I could find exactly what I wanted. From start to finish they were so professional. Really friendly and polite and as a company really did go above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were really thorough and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again.
