From first contact Steve of ATG was brilliant. He responded very quickly to arrange purchase and installation of a new boiler for my elderly mother. His very quick response and the hard work he accomplished within one day allowed my mother and I to be safe and warm in the home she is used to. I would highly recommend him and atg boilers.

Really great service, engineer Stephen G was very experienced and has full knowledge on boilers. He originally came to do a breakdown service, he was absolutely honest with me compared to other engineers in the past where they usually put a band aid to the problem. Got a new up to date Ideal boiler installed with him, 10 year warranty with ideal. Hot running water and heat runs better than the past 2 years. 2 full days, flushed our radiator system just like new and installed an easy to use wireless thermostat. Truly recommend Stephen G, he was local, honest, on time to the job and his service was immaculate a true professional.

I've used ATG the second week we moved into our house in 2015 We had a major issue with our boiler Steve was quick to respond and after trying to save our existing boiler, we ended up getting a new one. We service this every year with no issues and I would happily recommend. We also had help with our cooker gas supply. Steve is very helpful and came to my aid when I experienced a high carbon monoxide reading whilst pregnant at a clinic visit. He was soon around to check the boiler was safe and our house was safe. (Nothing was wrong definitely not from my house) He communicates well and I feel he is honest and trustworthy I've never been let down.

Very pleased with the work undertaken by Steve. He was quick to respond to us, kept in touch, arrived on time and identified the problem with our boiler within minutes. We have had ongoing problems with our Vaillant boiler for several months. Steve is the only one who finally managed to solve them and ensure our central heating is now working as it should. He told us when he would be coming to do the work and turned up at the time given. Throughout the time he spent in our house he was protected by wearing his mask and he ensured that he kept socially distant from myself and my wife while moving around the house testing radiators, etc. I would recommend him to anyone who wants an efficient, professional service.

Steve stopped the leak, repaired the boiler, and I have heating and hot water again! I am using him again next month for a service, as he has given me the best quote for that too. Stephen has fitted 2 boilers for us in the last few years and completes regular servicing and gas safe certifications. In addition to capping off gas fire and moving a gas range cooker. Always fits in around mine and our tenants needs, is flexible with timings, prompt at responding to messages, does a great neat and tidy job and is very reasonably priced! I would (and regularly do) recommend him and All Things Gas for all of your boiler needs! He was particularly amazing when our boiler blew up with a 2 day old newborn the week before Christmas. We called him at 10pm and he was with us 7am the next morning to put a temporary fix in place for heating and fitted a new boiler on the Sunday. I think you’d find few people who go above and beyond like this!!!

I am a bit reluctant to review Steve, because he is so brilliant and my only problem is that it's a bit hard to get him in sometimes because he has so much work on. However- he's great, doesn't rip you off, easy going, squeezes the work in when he can and is definitely very safe as a woman alone in the house. 10/10. Just don't book him when I need him!
