We're so grateful to Daniel Lawrence plumbing, they were recommended by a friend. We were experiencing an unknown smell in our kitchen which was getting worse each day. We got a quote from a nation-wide plumber, their customer service wasn't great, their teams did not communicate, and after offering a free consultation called us the day before to say they would charge us £170 p/h just to investigate (Dyno/Dyno-Rod, avoid) We called Daniel Lawrence, explained our situation and not only was the price much more affordable, he was friendly, understanding, and could send someone out straight away (which I appreciate is rare at the moment). We'd been waiting days due to the miscommunication with the other company. Stacy was great, he found the issue within 15 minutes and fixed it in 5. He was friendly and offered extra advice which we've been able to take on board. Daniel Lawrence and team have gone above and beyond for us and we're extremely grateful. Would 100% recommend and would use again if we needed to.

Our toilet was continually pouring water so I rang these guys! The lady on the phone was absolutely lovely and booked me the nearest possible slot! Lovely Steve arrived within the allocated time, explained the problem within a few minutes of being here, he said he had temporarily sorted the problem to stop the running water and said he would order the part and be into touch with the price and be back as soon as possible! There was a slight issue getting the part for which they fully apologised for ! It arrived within a few days! Steve and his work mate picked my key up from myself as I hadn’t got a spare, carried out the work then returned my key and actually gave me £20 back as it had cost them less than what they had quoted which i thought was a reasonable price anyway! Amazing team, I will definitely use again and recommend to everyone ! Thank you guys 😊

Daniel Lawrence came out within a couple of hours of my contacting him, after being let down by my usual provider. He got my ancient boiler going to keep us going until a new one could be fitted. They came yesterday to install a complete new system and to remove the old system. Charlie and Lewis were fantastic, they kept to all Covid regulations and were very efficient. They were joined by Daniel and completed it all in one day. I cannot recommend them highly enough and will be our first call for all plumbing in future. Thanks guys you were amazing.

I would just like to say how impressed I am with Daniel and the team. They came today to install a new Baxi combi boiler, with the Hive system. My job was not the easiest but they completed everything, cleared up and cleaned up! Will definitely recommend and use their services again. I had already tried so many local companies and the big companies too, and no one could help when my boiler completely broke over the Christmas holidays. Thankfully my friend recommended Daniel Lawrence Plumbing and Heating. He came out within the hour, managed to source a part on a bank holiday, and got it all sorted. Really lovely guy. Great Services , the guys worked without a stop from 8am to 7pm in one day to ensure that we could get heating and hot water after not having either for two weeks due to our energy and maintenance supplier taking an inordinate amount of time to inform us that our old boiler was not economical to repair and leaving us in the lurch. Amazing service provided by Daniel Lawrence Plumbing and Heating. We had a very leaky toilet that we were not able to fix ourselves, I contacted them in the morning and they came out that afternoon. Very friendly and fixed it quickly with no problems at all! Just a shame I couldn't offer them a cup of tea for their hard work due to the lockdown rules. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has plumbing and heating issues. Thank you so much you saved a damsel in distress and all thanks to you I have a toilet again ☺

Brilliant company, professional and caring, FIVE STAR SERVICE. Recommended to me by Steve Ellis of SE Electrical Services another brilliant local company. Our gas boiler malfunctioned leaving us with no central heating, I called another plumbing/heating engineer we'd used earlier this year, took him 3 days to even get to us! Told us what he felt was wrong, ordered parts, that was the Wednesday and came back on the Friday to fix it. At this stage we were day 5 of no central heating. Claimed he'd been sent faulty parts, needed to reorder but probably wouldn't get them till the following Mon/Tues. He text me Tuesday saying parts had arrived and he'd see us Wednesday afternoon, which he did. By then it was day 10 with no heating!! He said he'd fitted the new part then he spent an hour looking through lists of numbers in a booklet- told us he needed a code to get the new PCB to work the boiler. He said he couldn't find the serial number of the part on his lists, would phone boiler company next morning, get code from them and he'd 'get back to us.' I text him Friday morning asking for an update and got no response - now day 12 with no heating!! I text again after the weekend, also phoned but got voicemail so left a message, again heard absolutely nothing from him. Wednesday, which was now 2 WEEKS since that guy had been out to us and 17TH DAY WITH NO HEATING I was absolutely desperate and phoned Steve Ellis asking if he knew a heating engineer we could trust which lead me to phoning Daniel Lawrence Plumbing. I spoke to Lauren who was appalled we'd been treated as we had and left so long without heating, she said they'd get to us asap. Lauren kept me updated by texts on what was happening, she raised our situation as 'emergency' and Charlie one of their engineers was with us at 6:15pm only a few hours after first speaking to Lauren. She came too as she'd been so concerned at the state I was in when I'd first spoken to her. Charlie immediately diagnosed what was wrong and said parts would be ordered next morning. Thursday Lauren updated me that the parts should be with them some time Friday and they'd fit asap. Friday morning she again text telling me the new part had arrived and Charlie would be with us in the afternoon. That promptly changed to 'he'll be with you within the hour' and he arrived just after 10:30am!! So, although it was into the 3rd actual day, it wasn't even 48 hours since my initial phone call and Charlie had been out, diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and returned to fix it- FANTASTIC SERVICE. Cannot recommend them highly enough, they've already got the job for servicing our boiler in February!

DLPH have provided exceptional service. Everything from their admin support staff to their visiting engineers. Support staff are prompt to reply either through the website contact page or via direct email. They are professional and courteous. The same can be said for the two different engineers we have had visit. They clearly explain their planned work and clear logic to reach a conclusion. If further work is required or predicted to be needed in the future this is explained clearly and you can trust they will be proactively looking into any replacement parts. Could not ask for a better service. Highly recommend to anyone local and with service like this I expect and hope they continue to grow as a business.

Highly recommended. Daniel came the day after we called and tried in vain to save our old boiler which unfortunately was at the end of its life. Within two days a new boiler was installed at a very reasonable price. Service was exceptional, everything was explained and everyone that attended was courteous and friendly. If you are looking for a good team these are the guys you need. After using the same company for years we were suddenly informed that they could no longer do our boiler service. Oh heck what now and a search of the web led us here. Job sorted in no time, I never even thought to ask for a price. Daniel came himself what a breath of fresh air a real gentleman who explained exactly what he was doing and imagine the surprise that I had to pay less. So after weeks of showers that were either too hot or freezing we bit the bullet this morning and emailed HELP, brilliant new shower to be fitted tomorrow afternoon. I cannot recommend Daniel Lawrence and his team enough. We had the misfortune of moving into a new house with a completely broken boiler last Wednesday and called Dan after reading such great reviews. Within 24 hours we had a whole new boiler fitted with the guys working well into their Friday evening just to make sure we were completely looked after. Daniel Lawrence Plumbing and Heating came to our rescue when on returning from holiday, we had a leaking boiler! They responded quickly and sorted it all out for us at a reasonable price including the defective timer. We have called on them again for a non urgent matter and we agreed on a date and time. On the day we received a phone call to say they would be a little late as they had been called out to an emergency. That was very much appreciated. Dan and Stacey are friendly and polite.
