This team deserves the highest praise and feedback. We first asked Sean to quote and install back in summer of 2018. He and his colleague were prompt, courteous, honest, friendly, on time, trustworthy and worked to an incredibly high standard. Sean puts himself in the owners mindset and treated our job as if it were his own property. We debated a choice of units and Sean gave honest recommendations using trusted suppliers. The job was completed on time, on budget and with zero mess left. We liked his work so much we have had sub-zero back again this year having just completed the last phase of our work. Sean worked with us and made sure we were 100% satisfied with the install before signing off. During both installations, it would be fair to say that Sean went above and beyond what would normally be expected of a visiting tradesperson. I cannot recommend this team enough and considering all of the various individuals we have undertake different projects each year at our property, he would have won an award from us for being the best tradesperson, two years running! In July 2017 I requested a quotation from Subzero air conditioning, within 2 days of requesting the quote Sean Largent of Subzero called and arranged to visit my property. From the moment I met Sean Largent I was impressed with his knowledge and felt that this was someone I could trust and he could be relied on to do a professional installation, there fore I engaged Subzero to install a multi unit air con system in my home. After agreeing the quote it was one week before work commenced which was due to last for 3 days. At the appointed date and time Sean with his apprentice arrived and the work commenced ( at no time did this disrupt our household routine) and was completed within the 3 day schedule. During installation the working areas where kept clean and tidy, and any mess was immediately cleared up on completion of the task being undertaken. The system is working perfectly and all exterior pipe runs and cabling are enclosed in ducting so the installation looks good even from the outside of the house thanks tor great workmanship. I have no problems in highly recommending Subzero air conditioning to anybody that is looking to install a system in there home and feel Sean and his team will do an equally good job in there premises as they have done in my home
