Heat Pump Tech have serviced our NIBE Air Source for the last 6 years and have been very good. In the early morning 27th Dec 2021, (Bank holiday), our system created its first alarm for not auto defrost and shut down. Still under 7 year NIBE warranty and NIBE being closed I called HeatPumpTech direct at 9 am and received a return call within the hour. In the inbetween I decided to reset the alarm and all seemed OK. I was unable to take the return call at the time and before I could Dan who owns the company had been informed and he called me. Explaining resetting the alarm seemed to have worked he advised me on rebooting the system by not just switching the control panel off and if the issue reoccurred then to recall. If remains OK, which it did, I was to send an email to NIBE on the 29th, to advise them of the alarm. I also recommend NIBE systems above any other. We are very happy with Air Source and have not experienced the negativity portrayed in the media. Then we do have a well insulated house both roof and external walls despite it being 300 years old! More than happy with Heat Pump Tech.

We had Dan come and do some emergency repair work on our heat pump which was leaking significantly. Dan managed to come on very short notice and fix the issue within 20 minutes. He was very professional, tidy and his price was spot on. Would 100% recommend.
